Pinning areas

Hi to all,

i am about to start my next cycle and i will be pinning 4 times a week.
my question is...would you pin right and left delts and glutes every week? or is it better to get another 2 injection sites like quads and biceps and rotate them so that you pin each part once every 2 weeks?

have been pinning only glutes and delts so far for past cycle but next cycle required 4 pins a week so wondering if it's too much to pin delts and glutes only every week.
please advices/ comment.

You could try quads but your only using the site once every 7days so I think that's plenty to have 4sites

Ya... i know that i'm using the site only once every 7 days...but wondering if it's too much pinning it every week....left delt, right delt, left glutes, right glutes..repeat...hence the question if i should bring in the quads and maybe even biceps to spread out the pinning to every 2 weeks...
 
I have been left crippled every quad shot I do... Not worth it in my opinion... Not at all, I stick with glutes and delts... Quads hurt like a bi

i see...i guess i will stick to delts and glutes for now and see how it goes as the weeks past...
if the sites are getting too much to pin weekly, i will then bring in quads and maybe biceps....
 
I'd rather go rear delts and have my girl do it rather then quads. Deadass, worst pain iv experienced was quad shot... Couldent do legs for 2 weeks.
 
Quads are excellent... Its the biggest muscle area to pin... They are butter smooth... Its always best to rotate sites but delts, quads and glutes are the most common areas
 
If you are pinning 4 times per week, 4 sites is plenty. That's only one injection per site per week. It's no big deal to pin a site twice per week actually. If you are using the right gauge and needle length, and injecting slowly with the right penetration there won't be an issue. I pin quads generally and never have pain, even at two injections per week on each quad.
 
Triceps, chest and lats are also good but chest can freak some people out :-)

Just remember theres NO rush... Push the plunger nice and slow and hold it in 15-30 seconds after you complete it... You want it as smooth as possible

yes, quads is definitely easier to pin compared to the other sites...since you can see it right in front....

I have been using 25g for glutes and 27g for delts for past cycle...injecting is very slow..and didnt have much pain....hmmm...guess i might try quads this cycle. :)

Is it safe to inject 2cc into quads? Some say 1.5cc is the most to inject into quads, some say up to 2.5cc. What are your experiences?

oh...i'm thinking of injecting quads for this coming cycle due to having 4 jabs a week...trying to route more injection sites...but i have not heard from my buddies who did quads once that they are painless...

justing wondering if it's fine to inject 2ml to delts?
 
The first few times I hit quads I couldn't walk, it was crazy. Than I guess body got used to it and I also found a good spot to hit. Nice and slow injections works well for me.
 
I've injected 3 ml into delts, quads, or glutes, I dunno why, but I can't pin glutes , just cripples me, quads and delts np, also pin 2 ml max into upper pecs , then hit chest.
 
Currently pinning eod using mostly quads, delts because wife isn't always there to help with glutes. I use a 25g and just heat it up a little with hot water so it will go through. Virtually painless. I go high and a little to the outside on the quads. I put the heel of my hand on my hip bone and pin around the tip of middle finger. Always asperate, and only got the tren cough twice.

oh...so its fine to jab 2ml to delts...noted.. :)
i'm just wondering as I had only jab 1ml so far
would you know if your delts can take that much when injecting? or just inject very slowly until very last drop is in?

I just go super slow until it's all in. Pull out Slow too. I have pretty meaty delts so it seems to be ok. I did 3 ml with a 5/8 long pin and was fine.

I like to rotate as much as possible,,,glutes,,delts,,biceps are my favorites.

noted...will be rotating with glutes, delts and trying out quads first time so hopefully i will not get pain for quads...
biceps seems advance to me for now...maybe next cycle.. :) or maybe i will google it to have a look... thanks!
 
I have only ever pinned quads and delts. I HATE needles by the way!!
Been on HRT for 20 weeks (200 cyp per week) and decided if I am pinning...might as well make it worth my time so I started a cycle this week of 450 cyp and 400 deca divided into 2 pins per week. (along with arimidex) :D
 
I guess I am not seeing the problem. I pin test 400 and test enthanate twice a week in the delt. There is a little soreness but I just push through it and it eventually goes away. Should I be doing it somewhere else instead that would be more effective (1st cycle).
 
finally pinned my quads on sunday...not too bad.
the needle went in after the 4th try and it went it smooth....and then you could feel the a little soreness spreading thru the quads
it ached on monday after i did cardio but it went away today......
guess i have 1 more area now to pin...delts, glutes and quads... thanks for advices guys! :)
