pill people.. anyone?

Doc put me on a few meds for the inflamation, pain and muscle spasms.. problem is even when i eat they make me sick. I have phenergan that i can take to help that but not sure if I should mix them.

I'm taking Vicodin, Motrin (600mg) and Robaxin. They make me sleepy but when i lied down i feel super nauseous and really uneasy so im not really resting.

Anyone?

Can you take them with food?

Crush them up and mix them with some hummus or spread and have with bread.

if you have a pill splitter (like every conscious juicer should) then cut them in half and take them with food.

plus it accumulates over a 24 hour period - I notice when I take two I am fine, but two the next day could make me feel naseaus.

It also could be the robaxin too, might try splitting up the dose and see if you can take them a couple hours apart.

Of course talk to the doctor about that, and send me a couple vicodin, I'm in pain too

thing that sucks is I still hurt like a mofo, the pain meds work for a little while but not very long at all.

Why don't you take them with Gravol? That's what I do when I feel sick from taking my pills.

Hmm, any of those three can cause a nauseated stomach. One's a pain killer, one's a muscle relaxer, one's an anti-inflamatory. Most likely the opiates in the vicodin. Some people grow accustomed to the nausea (it's my sign that they are beginning to work).

Some of the nausea may be due to the problems you were already having. Food will blunt some of it MAYBE.

As a last resort, you may be getting too many anti-inflammatorys in your system at one. I would try the next three doses with one of the pills taken out each time until you find the culprit.

fiskers, some people (not me, luckily), don't tolerate vicodin well. Its for pain, and you're already taking the motrin, so try not taking the vicodin and see if that helps. iF thats all it is thats bothering you- forget it.

Phenegran fucks me up like nothing else. Really strong for a non-opiate.

There are plenty of alternatives to vicodin. Percocet and Tramadol are good, too. But I'm fond of opiates.

The third pill is a skeletal muscle relaxant.

Remron is the strongest non-opiate I have ever taken. It owned me pretty bad.
