Pieces of stopper in gear

Anyone ever get little pieces of stopper floating around in gear from repeated insertion of pin? The pieces will settle to the bottom when undisturbed. I always get nervous thinking about drawing up on of those pieces and shooting it. I have even discarded a few cc's when I did accidently draw a piece. I always watch carefully when drawing up a cc to avoid sucking in a piece. Maybe it is b/c I use a 20g.

20g pin? DAMN! Just drill a hole in your thigh and pour it in!

Use a 25g...your 20g is causing the chunks. Just heat up your gear and it will draw just fine. Less pain shooting too. :)

LMAO

I only use the 20g to draw and then switch to a 25g to shoot.

I'd just stick to a 25 guage tod draw I man you say this keeps happening so just stop drwing it out with a 20 guage and if you do geta piece of a stopper in the bottle just try to draw it out with a needle than discard the needle with the stooper chunk in it better than accidentaly injecting it.

Must be very cheap vials.
It is not supposed to happen with professional grade vials.
I use 18g needle with professional vials (not gear) and it never happens.
It probably is a serious safety violation if the needle breaks rubber loose from stopper.

Used to happen with QV all the time

start preloading some injections when you use the 20g to draw from, it will save you repeated insertions into the vial, or order some better sterile vials (20cc) from gpz.com and avoid the worry altogether. imho.

that 20g pin is tearing the stopper apart.

25 to draw? lol you will be there all day not to mention the air bubbles...20 gauge is the way to go

I have always used 20g to draw, makes it quick and easy. I agree that the stopper may be of poor quality as it is part of a tren kit. Also the bottle is 100cc with 60cc of gear in it. Doing ED or EOD injections puts that much more wear and tear on the stopper. Like I said before, I am just being careful not to draw out any pieces. When I get down to ~10cc's left I will just give the rest to someone. LOL
