Hey Guys,

Thought I would say a formal "Hello" to everyone. Just started training again after being off for yours after a bad injury to both Biceps and Distal tendons...POP

Here is a picture of my a few months ago before I started...276lbs of pure fat..lost over 40 lbs since that pic...will post more when I'm done with this monsterdrol cycle

keep going, good luck and nice car!
do you have a part time job for me? lol

Wow! Great job losing weight! There's a ton of inspiration and good info here. Driving a car like that feels even better when you are in good shape I bet! ;)

good luck.

When driving home tonight after my daughters game with the top down...Warm Florida air, palm trees, the fix playing on the cd player..I felt like Sonny Crocket....LOL

My wife things I'm having a midlife crisis...:rolleyes:loosing weight, working out six days a week..just trying to feel better about myself and enjoying life....life's too short not to enjoy every minute..if your not happy, time to make a change!

Best of luck!

6 times a week may be a bit too much. Don't forget your body needs a break as well. Perhaps 4-5 times would be sufficient. More isn't always better :)

Wishing you all the best!

I guess now I understand your nickname :p

sweet ride bro!

Haha..LOL different forums I go by different names...I also play guitar...so on the LPF I was 60Lespaul...now Bluesbishop...I use the name black Boxster on alot of the car forums I'm on....Hoping to upgrade name to GuardsredGT3!!!Will be awhile before I have the money saved for a GT2 or GT3

Welcome, Black Boxster! I have to say you really don't look like "276 of pure fat" based on the pic. Congrats on the 40 pound loss and your new committment, you'll find plenty of information and help on these forums.

Thanks, your beieng nice! :) Clothes can hide things well! Truth is I never did look as heavy as the scale said since I use to a bodybuilder. Even though I hadn't trained for a decade, I still had alot of muscle under the fat...my biggest problem was the belly...I looked 2 months past due!

you look nice already. good luck, though. =-)

sweet ride!

Now your just gonna make me blush :) Thanks for the nice comment, I haven't had a pretty young girl say that in years!!!

Doing my best to improve! Hitting it hard six days a week..three days weights, three cardio, clean diet..this board has been a God send! My daughter came in last night with a t-shirt for me that said "chick magnet" LOL...I'll be wearing my "more cowbell" t shirt I think instead to the gym tonight...LOL

My daughters boyfriend ( he's the same age as her...17) is a young bodybuilder that is inspiring me...he had a heart transplant two years ago...his heart failed due to an infection. This young man trains hard everyday and looks great...and he has a heart transplant, I wonder how many of us would be that dedicated? I know I gave up after tearing my biceps..I keep motived by all the great people on this forum and dedication from people like Alli's boyfriend Adam.
