alrighty, started training seriously (diet, proper lifting plan, etc.) in may. I am 6' tall and started at 145-150lbs as seen below.

current stats are about 184lbs, 14'' bi's, 12'' forearms, 23.5'' quads at widest point, 15.5'' calves.

i tried to embed the pics but they wont show up for some reason, tried IMG and img, no work. :worried:
 
bro you are making great progress, stay away from any aas and keep reading everything you can on diet and training, train hard, hit that protein and update in 3 more months, keep a journal and watch yourself grow!
 
thanks for the comment. im keeping a journal on another site and its great to look back this early and see how well i am doing. even though my easy gains are over.

thanks for all the comments guys. I started the journal because people recommended it and i think everyone should have a journal. And for the pics, who gives a shit what i look like. I don't know who the hell anyone is that looks at my pics and by them seeing me does not effect me in the least. some people are bigger then me and some are smaller thats life. just gotta bust my balls to get as big as i can then i can look back at my journal which will make it all the better.
 
I would rather start with your base than mine. Up your calories and protein intake. I still believe there is a lot you can do natty before turning to juice bro. Takes balls to post pics.
 
i've got a good diet im gaining off of right now. i am at the point where i am forcing myself to eat as much as possible everyday. it's gonna take time for me to be able to up to a crazy calorie count. My main problem is im unable to have a big breakfast without getting sick. :(
 
your back looks good, front needs some work though !!!

Keep doin' what your doing bro... HUGE improvement across your shoulder girdle... the weight is going in the right places for sure.

From a fellow 6 footer to another... I didn't start to really think my chest was even close to getting there until i was around 200lbs ... i'm around 220 and still have a ways to go... takes time my man :beer:

Keep eatin' and pushin' those weights :)

What is your chest routine like? Maybe you don't rest it enough or don't hit it hard enough. In most people the chest is fairly easy to grow with the basic compound movements. Incline press (i prefer db's) cables cross overs, flat bench again i use dumbbells since I work out alone and have no spot. heavy peck dec until I feel like my pecs are going to explode. Sometimes i throw in fly's but don'y feel like I get full resistance throughout the movemnt. peace
 
my chest is starting to grow now. im currently doing flat and incline DB bench, dips and flys on chest day.
