alrighty, started training seriously (diet, proper lifting plan, etc.) in may. I am 6' tall and started at 145-150lbs as seen below.
Latest pics are from sept. which are these:
current stats are about 184lbs, 14'' bi's, 12'' forearms, 23.5'' quads at widest point, 15.5'' calves.
i tried to embed the pics but they wont show up for some reason, tried IMG and img, no work.
