I cant get the freaking links to work, so I guess if you want to see em you will have to copy and past the url, if that even works.

Once I opened them on my machine by typing in the url, the links worked, im not sure what is up with that.

Just warnin ya, im the whitest dude in america, and I got a nice sunburn in these pics.

If these links work, they are pics of me at 6'3" 171 lbs.

I dont have any before pics yet to compare to for my progress so far, but I will try to shortly. Just try to imagine, I was 154 lbs at christmas and these are 171lbs

Copy and paste is a pain, BUT... if you are using IE 5+ you can just click the link, hold down the mouse button, and drag it to the URL address bar. Easy peesy.

bdm - we have a pretty similar build. Maybe I can post some pics tonight, just gotta take some first.

You should have seen me 3 months ago when my W and I were having extreme marriage problems I lost a ton of weight and was down to 154. Ive been up to 185 before, but it was all fat.
 
Just keep eating. Last October at my wedding I weighed 155, today I weigh 195, so it can be done. Heavy compound moves and heavy eating will do it! Keep up the good work.
 
Yes, size and strength combination. Im not necesarily looking for one over the other, but both.

if my diet is on, ive been gaining well, but if it is off, I dont. Simple as that so far.
 
you look like u got a good base to build on. legs are kinda skinny though, squat them bitches!
 
A tad bit over a year ago, my bf weighed 155lbs (5'10") and now he weighs 175lbs and has not stopped gaining LBM or strength.

He trains twice a week in MMA, once a week in strongman, and 2-3x a week heavy compounds and O-lifts (we train together).

So, keep up your protein; hell, just eat FOOD. Lots of it. Good luck :D
 
Im gonna have to post what I looked like last year. You guys would shit yourselves!

Ive been squatting and DLing the crap out of my bird legs to get them big. All I can say is that is the biggest my quads have ever been by far.

I hope I can find a pic of before to post up.

BTW, I guess size is pretty important to me becuase I want to look good as well as getting stronger, I wont cut until I hit 200 lbs or so, then it will probably just be to shed some bodyfat to start a bulk over again.

How do you add the pics to your gallery? I was gonna do that to begin with, but didnt know how and didnt have time on my lunch break to do it.

Do you have to be plat?

My goal is to not miss a scheduled workout, or a meal for an entire month and see where I am at. Its kind of hard though working around sons tee ball schedule right now and my W moving out. I should be full back on track next week.

you can't link directly to images with geocities....


put them on an html page and link to that if you know how....geocities has a tool for this
