you had an add for bowflex in one of your posts, is that what you use? i like the idea that its and all in one home gym, something that anybody can keep in the house.

My arms are 15 exactly, yeah, chest was one of my weakest points, its coming along (190 for 8 reps). Legs were started 5 months after my upper body, they are lagging, but catching up.


Then you def dont need juice for awhile..my arms were 16.5 before i ever touched a roid. Also...it doesnt matter that your bench is weak...it's not about how much weight you lift kid, its about how you lift it and how good of a contraction you can get. If you are just concerned about lifting heavy weights you need to look into powerlifting, not bodybuilding. My chest is my best bodypart..but i usually never go over 185 on bench....
 
i was a little confused with the add. never saw it before until then, after reading a couple other threads i noticed it alot. sorry for the dumb ?

My lats are way more developed than any other body part,a nd chest has filled out. My legs were started 5 months after my upper body, I had no power rack, and i was an idiot. Anyways, thanks for the compliments, for the third comments, I just turned 19.


Damn its been less than a week - i have no idea what pix I was looking at.
