lol you MUST be kidding. I'm 165+ lean now, I'm not going to start juicing until I'm at 200 lean, so, I havee a while to go.
Thanks so much for the comments, it makes the eating and lifting worth while.
 
if ure 165 then you obviously dont need to touch the juice for another 2-4 yrs imo, you are very light...look like the typical high school kid to me that lifts a lil, theyre a dime a dozen at my gym as are the blonds..work on a base first then consider juice...you honestly should be able to get to 200 clean. you look alright though for 19, you need to work on your symmetry alot also, arms look so so maybe 15" but you have absolutely no chest whatsoever, back looks ok though...also...post a pic of the wheels...you need to work on prioritizing your weaker bodyparts more..

My arms are 15 exactly, yeah, chest was one of my weakest points, its coming along (190 for 8 reps). Legs were started 5 months after my upper body, they are lagging, but catching up.
