hog i feel greta man I know i am not going to be 230 next week I have been very pateint so thnaks for u peice and all my friends r monsters or on their way but thats not me but 210 would be fucking great I am shooting for about 190, 181 right now so it is reachable and able to keep thnaks though.

Hey Bro I know how hard it is to grow when you're a taller guy,I'm 6'-0'' 205lbs myself,and 18lbs of muscle is a pretty good gain. But I do have to say that's alot of nolva during the cycle.Just my .02

ya but the gyno has been popping up consistantly and never has before so I just wnat to keepit under contol so what u think drop to 10mg ED or EOD I mena I do need it or switch to amirdex ?

I agree with everyone else, keep at it. Eat right and train even when you dont feel like it. Your doing fine.
