*PICS* EF FRank, BRR, George, digger, anyone - can I get some help with the banner ads please??

I've posted in EF Frank's thread, I"ve posted in other threads, I've even PMed EF Frank and he said he'd "look into it" (that was 5 days ago). Not sure how difficult of an issue this is to solve, my guess is no one has done much looking.

One of the TOP 5 advertised reasons to go plat is to turn off the banner ads.
I am a platinum member.

I went to my options (see picture #2) and turned off these ads. It says I will see no ads, I know you get around this by having 4-5 announcments at a time that are simply advertisements, but since they aren't obnoxious graphic banner ads I don't care as much.

The ads still show, and they flash and rotate and are quite frankly inappropriate for work and viewing by other people who freak out about naked chested men (pick3) and steroids.

Can someone please assist? Thanks.

If I was trying to buy a karma package or something, even a custom package or something, I am sure this would have been addressed long ago correct?

yeah that's usually how it goes. I clean them out every couple of months, lately the PM circuit has been ablaze so I can't keep up.

I don't need to hide the URL, just the banner ads, however, if I must start using that site, I can.

I've only got 34...I am not part of the pm circuit.

Try turning the feature "off" and you'll see an additional banner ad.

Apparently going plat knocks-out one layer of banners, but the obnoxious, flashing crap is still there regardless of the setting you are highlighting.

Maybe we need to go "super-platinum" to get rid of that ad, eh?

Rumor on the PM circuit is pick3 spanks it to that picture every evening.
