PICS- 6weeks into diet 3more to go

Legs look real good, need to work on your lats and drop a little more fat around the waist. Otherwise you look good.

I dont see any gyno. Legs look good. Chest can use a bit more size, other than that your pretty simetrical
 
Look at his left pec in the first pic. There you will see gyno.


Other than that you got some good genetics. If I were you I would forego the comp for now get on a crazy bulking cycle then a nice cutting cycle and try and get another 15 - 20 lbs LBM. Then you'd be yoked. ;)
 
as i told ya in the gym you look good. check out my pics flexed1 8 weeks out. we are the same height and weight. austin is filled with big "little guys" keep up the great work.
 
You look great bro, just keep up the diet and you should be ripped up right in time. Throw in the winny, that should harden you up nice.
 
Are you sure your 5 foot 4 inches, you appear taller in the pic. You look like you have thick skin, I have that and hate it. Its so much harder to get abs and almost impossible to get real vascular

Yup, I'm 5'4", ask Flexed1 he's seen me. And YES unfortunately I do have thick skin in the abdominal area and is hard as hell to get off. On skin calipers using the subscapular, tricep, chest formula I'm supposedly around 5 % BF....But when I use the ab, chest, tricep formula it bumps up to 10 % :-( I can pinch a 12-15 on my ab area......arrgghh!

Got my dads side genetics(pot belly syndrome) :mad:

Man, even when I drop all the fat from my waist I still have a f'd up waistline. Bad crap genetics I guess. I unfortunately have a naturally wide waistline.......all the heavy squats and deadlifts probably didn't help much either I suppose.
