wass up guys...so far here are my pics of my cycle on my back pose im symmetrical but it looks messed up the way the camera shot it...

ne wayz...can someone post em for me as im not able to post pics.....

just got 3 pics

im 6-3 206 started cyle @ 192
cycle is

weeks1-4 dbol 30mg/ed
weeks 1-10 test (sust blend)
 
you must of been skinnier wish you had a pre pic to see differenc e by the way whats your Sus intake weekly? how much has you bench goen up so far?
 
Your upper back is the best thing going for you .If you brieng out your lats your back will look better .

i started as a junior in high school @ 165#

im now a sophomore in college and weigh 205ish

im working on my lats its a hard body part for me...


i was a real lanky skinny dude...basketball player now im dedicated BB'er
my bench went from like 210 8 times to 255 8 times...
 
yo first off gears real u dont go up in weight that much without good test....

i do deadlift squat and bench
only do free wt's and compound movements....

these are personal bests during cycle...still have 4 and a half weeks left

deadlift is 305# x5
bench is 275X4
squat on smith (-30) is 285# 10

been working hard on legs its hardas a tall dude but have really gotten a lot better....
 
the week before you started the cycle what was you amx in benching? i see you said your doing 275 4 times now you jog? if yes has that improved?
 
Id say by your pics that you could benefit from like 200 mg dbol a day........

just kidding, sort of. I think you have not reached any kind of natural plateau......

I was gonna say deadlift, but then I saw you did them. Hit it hard bro. You're an obvious ectomorph. You're lean which will make bulking that much easier. How's your diet. Slam the calories as you have little to worry about exceot muscle growth...And do your deadlifts.

It's hard work being tall bro, keep at it & don't let up. I am 6'5" 250 I eat over 5000 calories a day. I've been cycling for 1 1/2 yrs now & making great gains. I pushed hard naturally though. I got to 225 w/out AS. A normal person gains 10 lbs & people are like "damn" when you're tall you have to gain at least 15lbs for most people to notice. Good luck, keep us posted on your progress.....supertech
 
Whats your program look like? Cut out all the isolation exercises and focus on functional strength ie: deadlifts, squats, over head press, cleans, etc...

my diet im in college so i eat at the dining commons as much as possible which isnt great food....

but i supplement with N-Large2 everyday post workout
and XXL's (which have 1090calories and 215g's of carbs)

i also take around 2 shakes of (40g's) of whey per day and just eat till i cant

my routine looks like this

monday chest bis (moved bis to this day cuz they got too fatigued on back day due to how hard i worked back

tuesday have to work

wednesday quads hams forearms

thursday delts calfs abs

friday back tris traps

not trying to put the guy down but if i was juicein i wouldnt show anyone any pics or tell anyone im juicein until i had something to show. its like years ago when i started lifting, looking small and skinny, i never walked around the gym in tank tops and the tight form fitting shorts you see the bber's wearing in the mags. NOW!! I HAVE ENOUGH MUSCLE AND DEFINITION TO EITHER WORK OUT WITH NO SHIRT OR WITH A TANK TOP while the jaws in the gym drop.....WHY? CAUSE I GOT THE GOODS.......

Gotta say that for someone who's been on that type of cycle for that long should be seeing more growth and musculature. Please don't think I'm putting you down...you seem to be working hard and certainly look good, however, I think you may be on some fake shit. Believe me, I've been around juice for awhile and you do not exhibit signs of usage.

Just my two cents....
 
From your posts and pics looks like you are a hard gainer. Slam as many quality calories as you can when bulking, don't be afriad to gain some bodyfat. As for the back thing more thickness will come with bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, and t-bar rows. Keep traing hard.
 
I don't know about those bench stats

If your benching 275 four times, that means your maxing out at over 300 pounds. I find it hard to believe that with your size(unless your very strong naturally) that your arms(I know they're long as hell) could even support that much weight. You might look a little impressive naturally, but with juice you should be shaping up a lot more. If anyone wants to talk shit about me posting my pics, you have my word I'll post them this week and I guarantee I look better than 99% of the people on this board.
 
You're looking alright. I know how difficult it is for tall people to grow or get stronger...everyone is taller than me and I hear them bitch all the time. Me I'm 5'7" so it's rather easy for me(to get fat too). uhhmm..let's see, the pics...your lats are lacking. Front pull downs bro ;) I'm sure you're doing them already. i dont see how it could be fake

i am naturally strong for my size as i participated in athletics from when i was young...mostly lots of running sports such as basketball baseball and soccer...

If your trying to grow you gota EAT and EAT clean
Take a look at off season pro's thats when they are adding size !
You also have a few good years to train natrualy, then when you platue..........look into other things

Why are doing steroids at 19? Do you play football? I mean, you are nowhere close to reaching your potential and I find it hard to believe that you reached a natural plateau. The sad thing is that you, by doing juice at a young age will be dependant on it for your training. You will probably never be able to train naturally and make gains, because you won't develop the tenacity and dedication that it takes to do so. I may be wrong, but I see guys my age who were early juicers and they can't make an ounce gain unless they are juicin'. Focus on Diet first, then get your training together and once you put the time in, then use steroids. Honestly for the amount of juice you are using it seems like a waste. A good diet and hard traing would have worked better.

I guess I am a hater.... of stupidity.

You just need more time and more cycles not every one starts off a beast (before doing a cycle) and has good genetics .My work out partner is 6'4 at 240 6% bf 17.5 inch arms cold and has never done a cycle and people think he takes steroids .Im just now getting him on his first cycle 2 weeks ago . People like him suck .

Good job Dank!!! It takes a lot for us tall guys to grow(6'4" and 220lbs just started first cycle since i was your age 10yrs ago.)

you might try instead of bench press do dumb bell press, and add in pullups and dips. Add weights around the waist once you can pump out three clean sets of ten....should help back and arms with mass
 
There is no fucking way that kid in the pictures can bench 275 4 times. Looking at his chest development and length of his arms I would be impressed if he could do 3 sets of 225 for 8 reps. You hit the sauce too early bro, but if you are set on it and want smoke blown up your ass then.........Cogratufuckinlations on looking like you just started working out 8 months ago. yo bobber first of all i think u need to calm down in your post i mean gettin all excited is not a good idea..that pic doesnt even show my chest size hence my arms are lifted....

and why would i lie about an exercise max ive done 255 X8 on bench as well...believe it or not...

i hit the juice for a cuople reasons first off i wanted to get bigger and wasnt satisfied how it was going...since im a hard gainer...secondly i wanted to look better and help my athletic ability in football and basketball recreation...

but those are my reasons and my opinion so juge how you want...
 
I don't see what the big controversy over his bench numbers is all about. It's not a ton of weight and he's obviously got some muscle on him. I've been to many bench meets and you CANNOT tell how much someone can lift based on merely looking at them.

I have a friend of mine that did 600lbs in the Arnold Classic, guy weighs 200lbs. You could never guess he was capable of that number by looking at him.

We're all just saying that you need to really focus and get your priorities straight, because you probably hadn't reached you're natural potential. I see it almost everyday. Its nothing against you its a whole societs of new juicers.
 
I don't get why everyone here seems to think juice is only for surpassing your genetic potential. For those of us that compete in college sports it is a great way to get ahead of the competition before our four years of eligibility run out. Also, can I email pics to someone to post here? Its 1 month after my first cycle of 1cc sust a wk and 20 mg dbol a day. I'm 6'1 210.

In my opinion three hundred pounds in the bench is a lot, I know people who work for years to get that point, and the people that do throw that up usually have a look about them. I think its called "they look like they work out" which in my opinion, this guy doesn't have. I wasn't dragging you in genarr, you were the first person to "talk shit" about me posting my pics like I knew someone on this damn board would just have to do, since everyone is so fucking predictable. I've lifted with tall b-ball player before, and have seen that it takes alot longer for them to show the size, especially in pics which to not put them in proportune. I'm 5'5" and to match the effect 10lbs of muscle has on my appearance they have to add 20lbs. These guys stuck with it though and after a few years had pretty impressive builds. I think the 275lb bench is completely believable....guy I know who is 6'9" was repping that when he had very little chest devel. like dankduke his tris did grow though. he seemed to benifit more from dumbell type pressing, even though the weight was not that impressive.

First of all I think it is fucked up to think you can tell how much a person bench presses by looking at them. There's obviously lots of proof out there that you can't judge a book by it's cover. Second of all, lots of people have different definitions of the BP. Lots of guys only bench press very slowly and with perfect form. They assume that when someone sayse they bench a certain amount that they do it that way. Others count a rep if they arch their back like a motherfucker and get a little help from a spotter. Some guys don't even touch their chest with the bar. Others use bench shirts in official meets. So fuck it when it comes to numbers. If you're that worried about numbers go on the powerlifting board.
