I just got home from Montreal...95% of the crowd was behind Rua and loving it when he destroyed Machida. Also, the hate for Koscheck was off the charts after he pretended to be hit with that knee from Daley that CLEARLY missed. After we saw the slow-mo replay that proved Koscheck was faking, there was a LOUD "Fuck You Koscheck" chant going at the Bell Center...not sure if you could hear it on PPV.

There was recently a VERY questionable DQ on TUF from an illegal knee that didn't connect.
If the rule is you can't knee a downed opponent I believe you should be penalized a point for trying even if you don't connect.
The attempt changes the dynamic of the position, e.g. the guy on the bottom trying to scramble to his feet.
