Whats up guys, I finally decided to grow some balls and post a pick.26 y/o Im 6ft 242lbs. Im guessing Im at 13%-15% b.f. Any estimates on b.f. Im trying to lose all the fat around the chest and stomach but it dont want to go any where.

none taken bro im definately 242. unless my scale is broke. Im pretty thick all around but would like to lose some body fat. Pic is 3 wks old ive gainned mayvbe 5 or 6 lbs since.
