Here a recent picture of me...I didnt really know how to pose or anything and I had to run back in front of the camera before the timer went off...anyways here I am...6'1 220 lbs 23 years old...Ive been cutting down for about the past month and a half trying to get in better shape for the summer since I was trying to bulk up most of the winter eating everything in sight...One thing that sucks is its hard to add size to my arms since they are so long...Any advice or critiques are welcome...Right now im just trying to get my body fat down and I know i need to add size to my shoulders

6'2" here. It's a bitch to fill out these long arms and legs.

i hear you on the legs ive been killing me legs recently and while they have grown quite a bit they still look small b/c of their length

but when they get big they look so huge bc of that length!

+1 on shoulders. they look weak compared to the rest of your body.
 
I feel ya on the long limbs!!! It will all be worth it when they are swole!!

I always tell the swole short guys. One day soon I will look swole and you will still be short!!!
 
i don't feel you im short! 5'9, i would love to be 6 ft. but theres nothing i can do about it. i understand what you guys are talking about, but be happy your tall.

most of my shoulder workout consists of overhead db presses and vertical rows...i usually do shoulders on the same day as my chest and tris and do my bb incline bench and dips before i do my shoulders
 
Chest - tris and shoulders in one day? A lot of muscle to break down in one and and still deliver the proper nutrition for growth.. I think you should break those up bro.. You want to post your whole routine up?

Also for shoulders -
Military press in front standing
Military press behind neck standing
Superset front and side lateral raises
Peck deck for rear delts

you gotta do arm raises with your presses if you want good shoulders. Your shoulder muscle are designed to lift your arms, which is exactly what an arm raise is. Without them you'll never get awesome shoulders.

ok i split up chest tris and shoulders into 2 different days and added those lifts for my shoulder day
