Really strength is my best feature but here are some stats:
Im 22 5'8 185lbs

Chest: a little over 48
Arms: 17 3/4 (18 1/2 pumped)
quads: 25
calves: 14 haha
forearms: 14 1/2
waist: 35 1/2 at belly button 33 at waistline
neck: 18

And some strength stats:

Flat Bench: 275x12 225X24 350x1 315x4.5

Incline bench: 335x1 315x2 275x9 225x20

Deadlift: 465 off the floor, 535 off power rack on lowest setting

Barbell Hack Squat (A deadlift with bar behind the legs): 565 off the floor and 675 off the power rack on the lowest setting ( my strongest free-weight movement)

Slightly Bent-Over Rows: 365 for 10 reps (jerking body)

Dumbell Rows: 160lb dumbell for 16 reps

Barbell Cheat Curls: 185lbs for 9 reps 205lbs for 4 reps (body momentum used)

Leg press: 16 plates for 52 reps 26 plates for 20 reps (1300lbs)

Dumbell curls with rotation: 90lb dumbells for 4 reps 75lb dumbells for 10

Dumbell shoulder presses: 100lb dumbells for 12 reps (lightly assisted)

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated ThanX
 
nice base,could use to cut up a bit,and add some more mass overall,thats really all I can tell from those pics

ThanX Irish Definately need more mass. Im not concerned about cuts now since alot of my training is centered around power. Eventually I will cut up, maybe when I have 21 inch arms haha. But thats another 3 inches away, so itll be a while.

Definately need more size on my calves, but then again no plans to compete in BBing Just want to be strong and intimidating. There are definately more piercings and tats to come Im young yet haha.

Hi Powerhouse. I have my throat pierced also , and find that more painful with the scabs on the ring. The one on my arm hurts most when I catch it in doorways haha, but kinda like it too. It bleeds and lets out puss often and its 2 months old. Slow healing I guess. But it motivates me to see blood in the gym during a set, with some metal pretruding from my body hehe. It doesnt get in the way for me during sets, but it lets me know its there. haha ThanX for the response

any way good base bro. Arms are looking solid shoulder caps are looking good too. Could probably benefit from a bit more work on the back and trap area as well as calvs.

I'm assuming that if you are doing PL you are doing a lot of deads right? Do you ever do 3/4 deads? They can add a lot of definition to those muscles in the back without giving you that huge ass thick waste.

Your front shot looks good but I would like to see something of the lowerbody. Be a little easier to give decient feed back. Doing good bro. Keep up the hard ass work.

Oh and you your dishes man. lol.

ThanX for the feedback Gig. My legs suck haha dont have any pics of them. I do alot of deadlifts, rack pulls from the bottom pin and barbell hack squats from the floor and rack. Never really tried 3/4 pulls though. I want a thicker waist aslong as its all muscle. Definately want a strong core so I can lift heavy. haha No metal in my ass. Most of it is in my face aside from the ring in my neck. I just removed the one from my arm. Hows your training been? ThanX again

I posted bigger sized pics in a thread below this called "A couple pics" The gallery pics are so tiny. Thanks for the compliment! The one pic I was 170 & now I'm 135 & I've got some muscle tone. The pics I posted were taken a year ago by a professional photographer. I can't get my digital camera to take pics I find decent.

Every day for me is a struggle cuz the diet part is hard! I like lifting tho & am increasing the weight I can lift.

Your arms are nice! I had to say it again & I'm a sucker for nice arms..... Hear ya too on the non-social aspect personality part. I can't stand people most of the time!! LOL

I know what you mean. It is a struggle. Diet is the hardest thing for me also. Eating enough. Glad to see your training is going well.ThanX for all the compliments also.

ThanX for the compliment Tuc. No not anymore. But I used to get the shit beat out of me for aslong as I can remember. Thats really what got me into lifting. That and my uncle was and still is a monster. So that always inspired me. Now its just become a part of me. ThanX! The tats really arent bad at all. Can see how they could be a little annoying, but also can be kind of like a release too. IMO the piecings were much more painful. Just dont take nearly as long. Yes. I always use straps on back day. Not for every set, but for all the heavy sets. Ive gotten my grip fairly strong. I can grip close to 700lbs using chalk only and a mixed grip, possibly more, never tested it fully. The main reasons I dont use chalk instead is because my gym bitches about it and for high rep deads chalk tears up my hands. I use it sometimes though. On deadlifts and hacklifts I still use a mixed grip though and straps. Hope that helps :D
 
Cheers. I wouldn't mind the pain, it would be the forever part of it that worries me. My gym bitches about chalk as well, but I still use it, gotta be sneaky though.

Know what you mean. I sneak it in sometimes too haha. Then just walk out and leave a big mess. Footprints all the way around the gym. haha Then other times I shun social interaction all together and just stay in my cage with the bar and headphones on. :evil:

haha Hey Tiger! No it didnt get in the way with the weights. Since its only thru the skin. Wasnt too bad. But it did start to grow out and was always feeling infected so I took it out. :D
