I dont have a before pic but trust me ive gained. Just please tell me what you guys think I need to work on. I would greatly appreciate your honest opinions and trust me they want hurt my feelings. :)

incredible traps and great mass, but kinda strange proportions. you look pretty young so you will be able to work on this over time. good luck to you. :)
 
benard try bringing up your back, lats to catch up with the impressive growth on your arms, chests, shoulders and traps.

ok and now for my comments, u got mass so one big pro solved, nice forarms too will help your arms look wy bigger over time

wish i had good forarms
 
No actually I started off using t-400 for about 3 weeks then i used test cypionate for 5 weeks at 400 mg a week. All together it was 8 week cycle. For some reason everytime I do back it doesnt seem like I get a good workout after im done. Here is my back workout tell me if yall think this is good enough.

1. front pull downs 3x10
2. close grip pull downs 3x10
3. seated cable rows 3x10
4. dumbell rows 3x10

Maybe Im just not doing enough excercises what is yalls enough on this.
 
Oh yea and if you guys are wondering why i just ran t-400 for just 3 weeks it is because it was giving to me and that was what was left. Im currently running test ethanate for 10 weeks at 500 mg a week, and the last 4 im going to stack it with tren 2cc eod. I will really work hard on my back these next months and i will keep yall updated. Im already 1 1/2 into this cycle.
 
try some deadlifts! deadlifts are not fun (sorta like squats) but a great exercise for development. you may want to do some neck exercises too. deadlifts also may give you some more size on your neck.
 
trust me my friend pics are deceiving im not as big as u think. there is always room for improvement. but thanks for your opinion
 
YA , like glennds said... DEADLIFTS! start out light and work and get the form done first.. i see too many newbies trying to do like 225 their first time,... From what i can see you're lookin pretty big man... i only can get the thumbnial cuz im not plat :(
 
deadlifts are with a bb and you bend over and pull the bar to your cheast right. OR do you use a preacher curl bar to perform them.
 
no no no .... put the barbell on the floor and grab the bar about shoulder with one hand under one hand over.. which ever feels more comfortable. you should be kind of crouching down almost in the hole of a squat. LIft up the bar and keep your back straight, and slide the bar up your shins and over your knees and quads.. at the top of the motion pulls back on the bar and kinda stick uot your chest and squeeze your back.

benard got your PM but sweed has answered your question. you are talking about bent over rows. deadlifts are second, after squats, as least fun exercise and chance of lower back injury to squats, so form is crucial. it is worth the effort though when you start gaining mass!

your back needs a lot of work and so do your forearms.
 
Deadlifts and Barbell Bent Rows Dude thats what I was doing and my back was coming along nice until I injured my shoulder at work. Heavy as you can and still use strict form and you'll grow, chins too.
