In a few weeks I will be coming off a combustion and shift stack (my attempt at leaning out a bit)....was wondering whats best to put on some muscle but without gaining fat? I have heard alot about the three products but am unsure as to which one is the best and the duration I can use that product for? Also whatever ur recommendation, can it also be stacked with a weight loss stack? I.e. New Alpha 2 or shift?
