In a few weeks I will be coming off a combustion and shift stack (my attempt at leaning out a bit)....was wondering whats best to put on some muscle but without gaining fat? I have heard alot about the three products but am unsure as to which one is the best and the duration I can use that product for? Also whatever ur recommendation, can it also be stacked with a weight loss stack? I.e. New Alpha 2 or shift?

Any help will be appreciated guys and gals!
 
Shift is exactly the same as Alpha T2 just without the stims.
All of those products are excellent.
Gear, AnaBeta, Need2Slin, and Phytoserms. In that order (but all very close), depending on your goals and bank account.
 
I am using Bridge and phyto. Depending on your diet N2slin is an exceelent addition and provides a lot of benefits with doing the damage of actualy injecting insulin!

My diet is ok....nothing special as I am indian and need my indian food. So I eat wholemeal wraps (roti's), lots of protein and vegetables (albeit sauteed in a bit of olive oil), wholemeal bread, oats, yogurt, fruits, etc. I probably will be consuming around 2500 calories by the time I get on it...

I heard Anabeta works even on a calorie deficit and lowers estrogen. (im trying not to put on fat)

Also someone mentioned earlier of my goals and bank account. Goals I have addressed, bank account: well I can afford supplements no problem.

So now what do people recommend?

Can i stack need2slin + gear + Big Blast (protein) ?? Would this stack put on lean muscle mass? or would it promote mass gain in terms of muscle AND fat?

you would put on some some mean mass, for sure!
If your diet is in check, you wont gain fat.

So I might just go with that stack then....hopefully it works. Heard alot about gear and have now started reach on need2slin. Seems like a fairly versatile product.

Have u heard of Big Blast? How many shakes a day would be optimal with the stack that im intending on using?

I have heard only great things about Big Blast, although I have not used it myself. Find Nelson, he'll know.
