Day two, nothing really to say except damn this stuff tastes horrible...but, hey, if it works, it's worth it.


Expecting to start "feeling it" around the end of week two.

The stuff isn't tast bud friendly but give it little wile you will see that it works.

Taking this stuff as close to exactly twelve hours apart as I can. I think so far I've been off by maybe a couple minutes...nothing much.

You could break up that dose into 3x a day too if you wanted to keep your blood levels even more steady.

I've thought about that. How big a difference would it make? If it doesn't matter too much, I'll just not do that so I don't gotta go through the trouble of taking it at school.

It would help ensure your blood levels remained more consistent for the best possible results, but if its a hassle dont worry about it.
