Phyto-test / Dermacrine Results (progress) Log

Ok guys i'll be trying to update this every day if possible, it may not be on weekends, but those are non-training days anyway so it will work out.

I just got my phyto-test and dermacrine yesterday, and even though today I had to schedule out of training (divorce court this morning) I decided to start it anyway. After all whats a little extra testiness going to hurt in divorce court right? :)

I will also be stacking this with Omega's amplify02 / lipoflame but those have not arrived yet. Obviously with 4 compounds together it will be hard to place a finger on what effects are being caused by what compounds, but I have researched and asked around for some time now and everyone seems to agree that the 4 i'm using will be very synergistic.


STATS:

23yrs old
Ectomorph (I think thats the skinny body type?)
6ft Tall
Current weight is 185lbs
Current BF% (according to the thing you hold with both hands @ the gym) is around 15-18% but I don't really trust that thing.

CYCLE HISTORY:

I did some M1T when it first came out, got some good results, NO PCT which screwed me up big time. Later on I did a sustanon250 / EQ / Winny 12wk cycle and that gave me incredible results, however not much of it remained as I got married and stopped training for about 1.5yrs. Diet also went to crap.

TRAINING HISTORY:

I have been training for approx 4-5yrs now, with a year and a half off due to a crappy marriage. I have been training for the last 6 months fairly consistently and have gotten all my muscle memory / mind muscle connection back. In other words I "feel" like i'm at the perfect "zone" to start something like this.

DAY 1:

Today is a non training day, but I applied 4pumps of dermacrine to my shoulders / lower back / traps area, rubbed it in real good and to not waste any, rubbed what was all over my hands onto my chest / stomach. I also downed 4ml of phyto-test according to the doseage. I must say, maybe its because i didn't refrigerate it like the creator said too? But it tasted like WHOA bad haha.

Funny thing, and i'm not sure which may be causing it. It could be nothing as i'm known to be the "king of placebo", but I already feel like I could thrash someone if they looked at me queer, know what I mean? Its that very distinct "testy" feeling you get from, well, test! I recognize it fairly easily. It's been about 4hrs since my application of both so who knows, but this IS a log so i'm tracking everything.

Tomorrow is my first training day since starting, and its back day with deadlifts, t-bars, etc so we will see.

DAY 2:

Took my other 4ml of Phyto-test last night, and this may be unrelated but I seem to not be getting good REM sleep at all. I keep waking up, or flirting right on the edge of good sleep, but never all the way. Strange, but gotta log it all.

4 more pumps of dermacrine & 4ml more of phyto this morning. Get through the workday and hit back / forearms / calves / abs around 6PM. I'll post my first workout on this stack this evening and how it went. Just got shipping notification on the AGX products (lipoflame & amp02) so i'll be able to add those in probably starting monday for my first full training week. Can't wait!

TRAINING: Back / Forearms

Workout was pretty good, the lack of sleep and a pretty mentally stressful day contributed to some lackluster performance, but other then that I felt great once I got started. These deadlifting threads have gotten me hooked on deads so they were in there.

Wide pullups (shitty form since I can barely pull my weight on them)

Lat pulldowns @ 150lbs

Bent over rows

Deadlifts

2x225lbsx8 (I was impressed with this considering 185 was the LIMIT it felt like last week)

Some seated cable rows, the seated load the plates on it hammer strength row machine and that was about it. I WILL be doing dead lifts, and I think I will continue doing them from the floor instead of the rack. That initial pull, plus letting it rest on the ground between each rep is REALLY what puts my entire back into it.

I feel great, although I can tell I may have trouble sleeping again tonight. I have that stimulant (just the mental) part like a come down off yayo or something lol. I haven't injested any stimulants though.



QUESTION:

I wonder if its ok to be wearing a shirt all day over my applied shoulders? I feel like it kinda transfers to my shirt and may limit how much is being absorbed. I always apply the derm first, then shave and all that while letting it dry before putting on my shirt for the day, just wondering.
Also is my appetite already supposed to be ridiculous? Because it is.

Also I'm currently going to run dermacrine for 4wks (one bottle) and phyto-test for 4wks (one bottle). But according to some research, it may be better to run phyto for 8wks? PP Can you comment?

To help the sleep issue, try to keep up the work intensity at the gym, even if you feel a little run down.

Your body is probably still adjusting to the hormones in Dermacrine, and this can cause some sleep disturbance for a few days. Just keep pushing through the workouts, getting up at a regular hour, putting Dermacrine on at the same time, and you will eventually fall back into a good sleep routine.

The Dermacrine should be coving most of your upper body, including your stomach and back, so try spreading the product around a little more if possible. This should help avoid rub off if the product is applied very thinly.

Appetite will only get stronger, and it is your body telling you it wants to grow, so feed your muscles that protein!

As far as cycle length, you can certainly run Phyto-Test for 8 weeks. It would be a good idea to drop Dermacrine, and switch to Sustain Alpha during this time too.

K, i'm feelin an 8wk of phyto (which means i'll have to order another bottle from ya) and sustain for the last 4wks, dermacrine for the first. Amp02 and Lipo as supps as well the whole 8. I think that will be a pretty firm results package. I already feel GREAT, other then the lagging sleep, i can't WAIT for 5PM to come so I can train :D
 
I have no doubt you will get a nice healthy libido boost ( I did when I ran dermacrine ). I will be really surprised if you see any significant gym gains ( more than you would see from just training hard for 8 weeks ). My feeling is that most of these products do actually work but they just dont give near the hormonal increase that steroids do, even oral steroids.

But thanks for doing a log - I will follow for sure.
 
Bump for my back training update. Anyone got any reccomendations training wise? My back is very undeveloped and I would like to change that. Traps are pretty far along, but mostly on the upper trap from shrugs, not the rear descending part down your shoulder blades because i've slacked in that area. I have always found making the "mind muscle" connection to my back very challenging versus other muscle groups.

I always feel i'm using a lot of arm or secondaries versus the target back muscle. It came out fairly well tonight, I would just like to feel more of a burn / pump from my back then I get from each excercise (besides the deads)
 
DAY 3

Well all I have to say so far this morning is WOW i'm sore from those deads. The rest of my back, including lats is pretty sore as well. I guess I did better then I gave myself credit for?
 
DAY 4

Even more sore today then yesterday from deads / back in general. Really nailed it this week. Tomorrow starts another 5 training days solid, and i'm looking forward to it. I feel fantastic so far, this stack is great. I can definitely feel it, and its very similar to being "on" in my opinion, although i'm sure with crazy doseages of certain AAS you could beg to differ, but i haven't done that so i can't say.

Well i've been doing around 3000-3500 a day with 40-50grams per meal of protein. I end up doing 2 shakes a day to make sure I get my bodyweight in grams as well. My appetite is insane! I can't wait for the amp02 / lipoflame to get here so I can kick it up a notch in training intensity.

So far i'm a faithful customer :)
 
I'd like to see a log with just phyto-test, having derma in there kind of skews the whole thing. Many people like derma, but not knowing which product is giving the results doesn't help us understand if phyto-test actually has any effect at all.

Yeah if PP wanted me to do just a phyto run, and do proper bloodwork before / after so he could use me as a results example I would, however in this case i'm looking for maximal gains for myself and sharing my results with the community as well :) I know what you mean though.

I just ordered 2 bottles of phyto today. I can't get the reg Dermacrine up here in Canada. So I'm gonna try this stuff out standalone and see what kinda results I get. I think the Sustain is deadly for P C T! My doc got back from vacation today, ima try to get in for some blood work before I start the phyto. No idea how long it takes to get the results back though. Doesn't really matter I guess.
 
Just ordered mine tonight....Phyto-Test and Demacrine. I got my Lipoflame already...hell, I'm even on the BSN NO-Xplode, Nitrix, and Cell Mass. Slowly progressing toward the big leagues...
 
DAY 5

Well today was Monday the big chest / bi's combo. This is my favorite workout, however I think shoulder / tricep day is taking it over slowly but surely.

Ever since I woke up and started the day I had a serious good feeling about anything / everything. I mean all things considered you guys can take what I say however it suits you, but it is a log and I have that general sense of well being you kinda get when "on".

Workday was a breeze, all I kept thinking about was training, so by the time I smashed the weights I was pretty psyched.

CHEST

Flat Bench

Incline Smith Bench (I know, I just like the feeling of chest isolation)

Dumbell Alternating Curls (With back / elbows against wall)

3x30lbsx8 (I know, but its WAY harder with that form) and if anyone makes any carrot top comments about how he was also curling 30's in that roid pic of his, i'll snap ya in half and feed you to him like a carrot :D

Preacher Hammer Curls, Regular Preachers & a hammer strength machine that you can fail like hell on, I really enjoy it.


I felt insane this entire workout, super focused, and the most noteable thing was that recovery time was easily halved. I took some creatine monohydrate for the first time in years just because I had some lying around, so possibly that contributed to the recovery aid but it was very noticable.

Something else that was noticeable was the increased vascularity I got with Biceps especially. I mean waaay more then last week's bicep session. I'm like super impressed with these products so far, its 10:30PM, i'm still FULL of energy and if it weren't for this chronic i'd probably have difficulty even sleeping at this point i'm so pumped still.

GO PP!!!!!

Oh and I just got my Amp02 / lipoflame (GO OMEGA!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D )

So its about to get crazy up in this mofo... stay tuned

DAY 6

Haven't trained yet, but my lipo / amp02 arrived last night so I took two lipo's this morning to get the day started, and WOW. I feel like i'm acting as a ground for 120volts hah. I can't wait to see what legs are like tonight :D
 
Ah...legs, don't youlove it when you just finish your leg routine, then look at a flight of stairs, knowing it's going to take forever to get to the top, then you have to go back down the stairs, and discover it's twice as hard to go down, and maybe even fall...oh good times on leg day!

From what i've researched, it or Primo would be good. Only primo you have to pin, and im trying to keep from doing that. I have no source for that either though so oh well :\

I'm liking my Lipoflame....3 caps so far, twice a day. I am alert and have energy, but not geeked out and jittery like ephedra used to do. Might bump this up to 4 caps just to see the result.
 
It may be a little early on to ask this question...but how to you like the stack you are on compared to your E Q Sust stack years ago? Strength gains, vascularity, lean muscle, over all well being...things along that nature.

Primo comes in tabs, but they are acetate so you have to take a lot, like 100-200mg ED to notice anything.

Well that is new info thanks bro! Although it just means its yet another thing I will search for and not find :\

My local "bro's" only have the old school basics, test, eq, deca, dbols etc. Anything straying away from those big names they either haven't heard of, don't care about, or won't fool with, so i'm pretty limited.
 
DAY 6 UPDATE

Well it was legs, I was super pumped for them all day as I just started the lipoflame / amplify02 that morning. However, I think I should have started a bit slower on the doseage because I think I may be slightly hypersensitive to caffeines effects or something. NoXplode used to make me feel this way, and so did Lipo-6 fat burner whatever stuff.

Anyway I hit legs wide open and with a vengence, but had some complications as you will see:

Squats:
1x135x12
2x225x8

Tried to go to leg press next, but some kid was using it so I went to quad extensions

Quadricep Extensions:

3x150x10

At this point I was VERY dizzy and lightheaded. I felt like I really taxed myself on the squats, but in all actuality I didn't do much more then I normally do as far as intensity goes. I stopped when I usually stop, at the same point of fatigue i usually do so that part didn't make sense.

Seated Calf Raises:

1x190x15

I couldn't even do another set of calves at this point. I felt for sure I was gonna hurl, so to prevent complete embarressment in a packed 5oclock gym, I quickly slipped to the locker room to cool off for a second. After sitting on the bench for about 5 mins with my head between my knees (lol) I decided that it was probably a good idea to quit while I was ahead, so I did. I'm not sure if this was caused by the amp02 / lipo, but one thing I can say is the pump I got in my legs after squats / quad extensions was abesolutely ridiculous. It actually hurt, but in the best possible blood skin stretching way.

Today I have to take off from training unfortunately, Realtor coming to list the house, but tomorrow i'll pick back up with shoulders / tri's and friday Back / abs / forearms.

DAY 7 (1wk) UPDATE:

Well so far i've trained back / chest / bi's & legs since I started my stack, and i've only had on training day with the complete package (lipoflame/amp02) and here is where I stand mentally and physically so far.

I feel awesome. I mean waking up, going through the motions everything just seems so natural versus strained. I mean getting up shaving, showering, meals, cooler, supplements, quick round of pushups, dealing with pets / animals it all adds up and used to be something I dreaded immensly. Now I roll out of bed and just hit the ground running (even before the lipoflame, but WAY more with it). This in itself is very useful and mentaly motivating for obvious reasons.

Physically I noticed some changes already, mainly today. It's been a few days since chest / bi's and even more since back, but both of them are just SWOLEN still, and I am wearing a shirt I haven't worn in about 2wks, and it fits MUCH tighter (i mean big difference) then it did 2wks ago, and no it hasn't shrank its an old shirt. I was just in the bathroom here at work and washing my hands I noticed in the mirror that my forearm vascularity / bicep's as well is just REALLY noticeable. In fact someone commented on it earlier as well. I "feel" much stronger, more motivated and an extreme sense of well being or just "at peace". Lots of stuff going on in my life to make me feel otherwise, but i don't I just feel chillaxed.

Been a busy week, last night was a pretty crazy time at church, i'm involved with a college outreach we are doing at Buckhead church here in atlanta, and its growing leaps and bounds so I didn't get to sleep till after 12, and got up at 6:30 so definitely could squeeze more sleep in there, but we all know thats pretty difficult at times.


To sum it up, i'm getting good results all around the board. I am VERY pleased with my financial investment in the supplements i'm stacking so far, and consider them fairly priced for the effects (and legality) they offer.

GO PHYTO TEST! Stuff rawks :D

Just ordered Sustain alpha / another bottle of phyto-test to make it 8wks. I'll run the sustain alpha for the last 4 post dermacrine. I had to hurry beacuse I needed it from this batch otherwise i'd run out too soon!

when u say" phyto test rocks".. what is the reasoning behind it? can u absoulety single out phyto test as a reason of your postive results/great feelings? deracrime and ampo2 are both pretty powerful stuff that give good results and get u an excellent feeling ..as well as lipoflame being awsome also for energy an fat burn .. im tryin to figure out how u can say 1 product rocks ..when stackin all that stuff would be pretty hard to single out which product does what

Easy man, I bought it, took it, and I like it. I didn't say "Phyto-test is making me feel this way" I just said it rocks :)

As stated in one of my replies earlier to another member, this log isn't intended to be precise, or I would have discussed it with PP prior to starting, and had proper bloodwork done. I'm in this to get maximum results for MYSELF, while sharing with the community simultaneously. My comment about phyto-test was merely my personal opinion on it, and also a shout out to eric for making such fabulous supp's.

Don't take life so seriously bro!!! :p

True true, nah your exactly right bro i was just being humerous :D

This stack in general has me feelin so good i can't help but crack a few jokes. I'm not sure how much of a roll phyto-test is playing, but the stack as a whole is freakin awesome. I mean even gear didn't feel this good unless you were actually in the gym training. I mean I feel insanely good no matter what im doing.

Well, I don't know if anyone's already started on their own, no post other than this one yet, I do believe. But, I ordered an 8 week supply of Phyto a couple days ago, which I will be running standalone. As soon as I get it, I am going to be keeping a close eye on my progress. I am trying to get in for bloodwork this week, got an app with my doc this Friday. Likely won't get those results until I'm a few weeks into the Phyto, but that's not going to matter. Reading digitized posts, I absolutely can't wait to get on the stuff. I know my body extermely well, and have all the time in the world to train, seeing as I do not work winter's. Keep on keepin us posted digi bro!
 
word man. you'll like it, although if your doing standalone i'd do 3 servings of 4ml ED after the 1st week once you get used to it (especially the taste lol). I bet PP would agree, the only thing is you'll get <8wks out of two bottles because you'll be doing a bit more then the rec doseage.


But bottom line I bet standalone / 3x4ml ED then some Sustain alpha afterwards would make ya pretty pleased.

I just ordered some sustain and another phyto so i can do mine 8wks as well, my supplement budget is like DONE till summer ha.
 
Wow.

I can't believe its only been 7 days, I just did some pushups for the hell of it, incline ones and reg's and my chest / tri's / delts are all so pumped that my shirt is uncomfortable. I went to change into a diff one, and looked in the mirror and my vascularity is abesolutely ridiculous. ESPECIALLY with my BF% being what it still is.


I can't wait to be typing after wk 8 :D :D :D
 
So I am too tired and its too late right now for the full update, but all I can say is my first shoulder / tricep workout (my favorite one) while on was AMAZING.

Broke all of last weeks lift records, and by a bit too.

Also no dizziness whatsoever, just needed 1day to get used to lipo / amp02. They are freakin awesome and I probably won't ever do any kind of stack / cycle without them in the future. Abesolute musts for training supp's.

More to come tomorrow..... when i'm too sore to type :D
 
WEEK 2 / Day 15 UPDATE:

Well yesterdays shoulder workout was intense, just like I said in my post last night.

Dumbell Shoulder Press:

3x65lbsx10 (I did 8/6/5 last week)
I'll be doing 70's next time :D

Smith Behind the neck press (just to be careful)

1x155x6
2x135x8

Barbell Front Lateral Raise

2x95x8

Dumbell Side Lateral Raise

2x35x8 (shoulder started to have a bad tendon like pain, so i moved on)

Seated Machine Lateral Raise

3x120x8

Hammer Strength Military press, quick cable side lateral and then moved onto triceps.


Overhead Tricep Extensions (With a Dumbell)

3x70x8

Close Grip Smith Bench

3x155x8

Seated Tricep Pushdowns (Hammer Strength)

3x190x10

Cable Pushdowns

2x80x8

That was about it for the training, give or take a few misc things thrown in just because the pump was so extreme and I was milking it for all it was worth.

This was my first workout with the lipoflame / amp02 where I was able to maximize their effects, because I didn't get dizzy / lightheaded. Everything was SPOT on this time as far as those two new supp's go. Always give yourself a day to get adjusted to any new stimulants or pre-workout supp's (FYI). My focus was insane, all I cared about were the lifts. Screw changing ipod tracks, observing other lifters technique or anything. It was me, the iron and growth in a padded room with weapons and agendas......


I can DEFINITELY feel more testosterone in my body. Whether or not its the dermacrine actually increasing T levels through it's horomone's, or if the phyto-test's mimicked test is accomplishing the same thing, or possibly both. Either way my test levels are up and its obvious. I finished shoulder presses, THREW the dumbells (not gravity, but threw them) down and when I got up and looked in the mirror I had the "test look" on my face. You know the one where you look like needtoo's avatar? Yeah that one.

Also i've noticed that my irritability is up slightly as well as aggression which is to be expected. This happens with placebo too whenever you get psyched about training and getting results.

All my clothes are fitting tighter, shirts & pants. Even my boxers this morning were like spandex around my hams / quads which isn't usually the case.

I'm freakin STOKED so far, today is BACK so stay tuned for another round of deadlifts.....

Speaking of which if anyone has any tips for back width (lat spread) feel free to contribute.

Well my strength is through the roof. I can tell both by my numbers, and my intensity when achieving those numbers. I need to stop stopping because I'm counting rep's, and just keep exploding through even if I get 15+ with weight I got 6 with last week lol.

I actually lost 3lbs so far, but it was pure water and maybe even some fat because i'm looking much slimmer around my stomach in the mirror, and my inner thigh's as well.

I'll post tonights back workout later.

All I can say is new deadlift record (for me) 275lbs for clean solid reps. This is only my 2nd or 3rd time deadlifting too :D

Only supp I no from experence to put on weight is reg dermacrine!!!!!!!!!

Yeah i'd probably be gaining weight on the scale if I wasn't eating lipoflames like a sonofabitch. I'm loosing mad fat though so I can't complain. And it seems putting on a bit of lean mass at the same time (the derm that is)

Literaly I wake up, shower / dermacrine etc and 10-15 mins into the shower im so hungry already i find myself drinking shower water just too ease the stomach acid a bit.

I spent some time posing this morning to make some mental notes / comparisons (come on, we all do it) and i'm definitely getting leaner around my stomach. Noticeably...
 
I'm skipping a day off and starting the training week today on sunday, i just feel too great, and when i'm not COMPLETELY sore in one group or another, I feel like I'm not right :D

This sounds like a very good idea right now. I feel like going to the gym also. I usually take sundays off, but i could go for some punishment right now i guess lol...
 
Glad to hear you are getting good results with the lipoflame. I just ordered some to start cutting in 2 months. Hopefully it works well for me too.
 
It's a good thing that dermacrine ups your mood and well-beingg in a good way, when i was on test i felt angry and pissed off all the time.
 
I have some phyto I ordered and am saving but had to try it and the taste is kinda ..well leaves me a little nauseated. I smell like syrup after mixing it.

Any ideas to help the taste out.

Just so people know I have very weird taste buds. The taste may not be bad for all.

Taste is a bit rough bro, but you get used to it. I'm holding mine in the back of my mouth *buccal cavity* now for a hot minute with no issues, you definitely aquire the taste.

Oh yeah and I sweat that maple syrup smell for hours it seems haha. Who cares though its either that or smell "musky" like real test makes you smell :D
 
Legs went killer. I squatted 225 (2plates) to the freakin safety bars (past parallel) for two solid sets of 8. Then I stripped a plate and went to 135 for a widow making 20rep set. When I finished my lungs / legs were so taxed it was insane!

I am stoked about making those reps on squats though, all while keeping killer form. The focus is great! I am going to add 10lbs to each side next time. Try 245lbs...
 
Well shoulders were awesome tonight. Pushed up the 70lb dumbells on shoulder press for a solid 8 reps on 3 sets. Thats a significant improvement from last week.

Another thing I REALLY noticed a difference on was the hammer strength military press. Loaded two plates on each side, and usually after the dumbells i'm only good for about 6 at 2 plates and then I take it down to 1.5 or something.
Not tonight, three sets of two plates for 8 each. Was incredible, and the blood pump afterwards was like ridiculous. I mean that was probably the best my delts have ever felt when being punished for being too small. I'm impressed :\


Also triceps were pretty killer too, I did like 40lbs more on tricep pushdowns then last week, also blew away my last week record on close grip.

Me thinks 3x4ml a day of phyto test is a GOOD idea mm? :D

(I know it probably had nothing to do with it yet, since i just upped the dose two days ago but still :D )

But I can't believe how LEAN i'm getting. My stomach / waist is def getting smaller. Same jeans, same belt, same hole, not as tight.

Ok i'm pretty sure I can identify what compound is doing what at this point (almost week 3)

I think the dermacrine has hopped up my horomones significantly. I can feel it an hour after applying, and i've grown aware of its effects once pronounced. I think the phyto test is just starting to have an effect here around the end of week two.

I put on yet another shirt today that I always wear, but haven't worn in a week or two (making its way through the laundry cycle) and it fit so tight around my Bi's Tri's and under my arms that it was borderline painful! I haven't been measuring growth like I should with a tape or something, but this is a good indicator!

Plus you know how you look in the mirror, but you also have that "self image" of when you look down at yourself without a mirror. The viewpoint only you can get from where your eyes are in relation to the rest of you. From that view I can "tell" that my chest / shoulders and stuff are filling out tremendously. I wish I could see my back like that because I know those deadlifts are thickening it up too.

This is a KICK ASS cycle with so far abesolutely 0 sides. All effects have been positive, welcomed and worth the money 100%.
 
So if a person was to use just one of these product rather both (Phyto-test and Dermacrine), which would more likely yield better results and far as mass goes. I am interested in these products but would rather start simple. Original plan was 8 week Phyto-test...followed by 4 weeks Alpha Sustain. The reason I was thinking of going Phyto over Derma is this quote from the website

"Consider Phyto-Testosterone our premium muscle building product that will produce solid gains in lean muscle mass relatively quickly, especially when combined with ample protein intake"

so any recommendations would be appreciated

This is my thread i don't mind a slight deviation from topic in between my updates :D

I'd probably go with the phyto, although the combination of derma & phyto (while of course costing more) is SO nice. You get that instant gratification from the dermacrine when you put it on, and the phyto yields results with its protein synthesis...

If you HAD to choose though, phyto all the way, thats what its made for.
 
Holy latwings batman, Back was somethin fierce tonight.

I did deads last week and blew them away, so I decided to take a week off of them and destroy my other back excercises (deadlifts tax me so much I am weak on most of them or leave some out as a result)

I smashed some bent over rows with 185 on the smith, for about 15 reps each though! My back felt like someone was pounding on it with a 2x4 after those sets

Did some t-bars, pullups (chins & wides) seated cable rows, dumbell rows & this elite lat machine we have thats even better then cable lat pulldowns. Kinda hard to describe it, but I get the most pump / fatigue from my lats on that machine then on just about any other back excercise, even pullups! I know that sais a lot for my form but still, do what works right? Isn't that what arnold did ? :D

I always wear the same shirt on back day, its kind like the "back training" shirt, and i noticed today very obviously that my traps / rhomboids or whatever those are in the middle were sticking out so far in my workout that even with this huge shirt on they were casting a shadow lol.

The gains are really coming on now, i mean that back workout was insane. I used weights I've never had good form with before, and for like 15 reps with no problem. That is significant strength gain here at the start of week 3.

GOT to be the phyto test kicking in, everything else i've been able to identify up to this point, thats the only thing that I haven't pinpointed.
 
Back is pretty sore today... but not as sore as I thought it would be? Increased recovery? I mean I SLAMMED it yesterday with increases on all lifts from the previous week.... logic sais... I should be hurtin like a mutha but its only moderate to mild soreness?

Yeah bro, thats typical when your on Dermacrine… it definitely kicks recovery up a notch.

So what CAN I identify to the phyto-test? The fact that none of my shirts fit anymore? I am about the same weight... but i've leaned up an abesolutely ridiculous amount, plus I just ate a 700calorie meal 2hrs ago and i'm not hungry, i'm STARVING.

Just trying to please the masses with what is doing what. I personaly couldn't care less, its a stack and the stack is whats producing the results for me, but I am always trying to help others.

Hell thats what this log is for anyway...
 
Chest / bi's tonight...

I'm finally in the 2 plate range on bench, 225 tonight for 6 then 5. Thats up from 185 for 6 just 2 months ago! I have put 40lbs back on my bench in 60days, (20 of which have been on this cycle).

MAN it felt good to nail that weight, my chest was so pumped i thought it would rip... more updates later time to "relax"
 
This is a great log. PP products sound like the real deal. Im going to pick some up shortly. I hope the Phyto doesnt stay back ordered too long lol

Clothes / mirror / measurements, either way... its pretty blatantly obvious im getting a lot bigger. 3 dudes @ the gym asked me what I was on in the last week, and I trained with a really good old friend & training partner of mine for chest yesterday when I nailed that 225. He said I am bigger now then I was on the sust, eq, winny, that I did before...

I can't believe how just one cycle of laundry later (couple of weeks to wear everything once) and it being washed, i'm putting all of that stuff on again and EVERYTHING is smaller lol, by a LOT. This dress shirt i'm wearing today is cutting under my arms like a mother!!!!
 
I was just reviewing my stats / log / progress so far...

I started on Jan 10th. I'm not even in week 4 yet!!!

Since moving to 3x4ml a day of phyto, i've started killin the bottle. I may have to crack the other one open before week 4 starts... hmm

Hahahaha I know the feeling! I put on a shirt I just bought like a month ago and have woren 2 times, couldnt even get it over my chest! I'm on week 4 of cyp test and about to stack with Dermacrine only gonna get worse from here. Nice feeling but to expensive to buy new shirts just for cycles hahaha.

Good thread bro I'll have to let ya know how my derm works once I start next week
