I am a ttaching a photo taken last night it is low quanity but i was wondering some thing to work on and things I am doing right. Start janaury at 260 now I am weighing 215
 
Looking good.

- good cuts, & looking solid.

- I agree with strengthmonster, might want to hit the lats harder.

Leg are ripped but a little small right now becuase leg train has been curb due to a knee injury I have surgery on the 15th so I will be back ASAP what do you think I should do hit hit lats trap adn delts? here is a back pic too. I have a before pic but have not scanned it in yet I do need too though I will work on it these pics are taken with my digital camera

Bouncer thanks bro. I could do that but I do have a little excuse it is called extreme dyslexia. My IQ is well about 130 but that whole dyslexia thing just fucks up what I am trying to say. No real offense taken though. to go from 260-215 what I did was tighten the deit up big time added more and more cardio on top of my current lifting. and got down to about 230 then I start a cutting cycle and ate clean still and lost a lot of fat and put on some muscle.
 
Looks really good bro- shit who cares about if you can spell or not- You look great. On a side not I have buddy who is dislyxus and he is ripped too. Not that the traits come hand in hand, I just thought of him when i saw you with that body and your situation.

tyguy thanks i am not to worried about my problem I can live with is and I have a great brain and will power. and most guys if I wanted to I could kill which makes me feel better even though I would never harm a flee

You look pretty good. Really what you need is more time training. It looks like you are developing evenly. How long have you been traing? You just need to get bigger and denser all over. At 260 you must have been fat and bloated because at 215 you are just starting to look good. You should probably try to keep your weight a bit more under control in the offseason. Just keep plugging away and you should be good.
 
when I was 260 I was fat had not done juice in a while. I had a bad knee surgery that put me out for 12 weeks then I got down on myself not an excuse but it happens. Prior to this 5 months off I had been trainning for about 12yrs

personally, I don't see anything wrong with your lats, they look ok to me, looking good dude, unbelievable stats going from 260 to 215......good work man, I wish I was that dedicated with my diet:eek:

Great foundation. You look really solid. Like the others only thing I see is lat width. Wide grip chins work wonders. Keep up the good work!!!!!!:D
 
You look good bro. I admire your willpower to diet down that hard. Lats could be a little wider, but delts look good from the rear.
 
You are looking good bro, I would go for heavy barbell shrugs to bring up the traps, you cant beat them, also barbell rows for the lats, I have a feeling that you dont train HEAVY do you ?? You also need to hit the arms more severeley, dont bother with any thing but, ez bar preacher curls and french press for triceps, use them as basic exercises fro arms and you will see results, put yourself through the pain barrier and you will see yourself thicken up all over, and STAY away from anything other than free weights.
That said bro, you are looking good, Well Done, keep it up.
 
the hair has to go man............dont need to mention the lat width since 20 other people comented on that, try to get just a bit more solid and work on the peaks on bi's.

other then that everything looks good, nice frame
