Physical problems, bad, verry.

Well I'm on my second week at a very good physical therapist place.. in a new plaza still being .. built.

Moslty, the main problem is joints, but.. the therapist said i'm more flexible than a normal person, but for me to workout (free weights,etc) i need to Strengthen my rotar cuffs...I take 200mg of ibuprofen with a small meal, and 3 flex-a-mins with MSM, max strgenth,it's been bout a month almost since i've been to the gym.. but i've been doing workotus here in my house with the convience of weights and other misc stuff...

Any help, opinions are guidence ways of how to NOT make my arms do this crap? anything would be helpful :)
 
do you take efa's? I know it sounds stupid when you hear it, but I've noticed that taking efa's really DOES help lube your joints. I had problems w/ my rot. cuffs popping sometimes. I introduced flax oil into my diet to get omega 3's and it ended up helping out w/ my joints. that was the only thing I changed too. Same routine, same diet except for the adding of flax. I didn't take notice until after I ran out of Flax oil and couldn't get any more for a few weeks and they started acting up again. Just finally got some more flax. If it goes away this time, then I'll know for sure.
