There is a guy on the GM board that is complaining that he can't hardly live off of $47/hr. That plus all the beneies those guys make.


Those UAW guys really are way out of touch with the rest of the US.

He said he's been working there 7 years, the guys who've been there 20 or so make a lot more and that's with no over time.

In most places in the US that will put you in the top 10% or in a poor area you will probably be more like the top 5%.

Everyone of those guys think their job is so hard too.

Forgot about benefits like health insurance. I pay $11,000 for health insurance for a family of 4. Those guys get health insurance, disabilty, pension etc. They get all benefits almost totally paid for by their employer.
