Phosphurus Deficiency

New member
i had routine bloodwork done recently where my phosphurus level readings were on low side. my doctor recommends i take a supplement. he didnt seem overly worried about this, but something that we should watch.

does anyone know anything about phosphurus defiency? taking anything for it? is it related to AAS use? i am one test /deca, for an extended time. input appreciated!

A deficiency could result in bone loss, weak teeth, joint pain, confusion, fatigue, etc.

Elevated magnesium and iron depletes phosphorous. Might want to get those levels checked out.

I wouldn't sweat it. Google all you can on the deficiency if it really concerns you. It may be all that you need is just a vitamin supplement.

thanks tical. my doctor looked at my bloodwork history over the years and saw that i had two low phosphurus reading out nine. he doesnt think it is anything to worry about, or take supplements .

maybe phosphurus levels fluctuacte for whatever reason. you dont hear [peopel talking about much about phosphurus levels or deficincies much...least i don't.
