These are this months progress reports. I didnt take any leg pics bc i havent trained them in close to a month. SORE HAMMY! I started training them again last weekend with T3C.

T3C - hell yea! Im actually a little sick bc I think I overtrained :) NOt with you but the next day with all the thick bar work. I got so exicted with the brand new thick bar I just couldnt control myself. lolololol Kind of like right now I am looking @ it and it is calling me.

X - thanx brother. I am trying to get my back to even out with the shoulders but the problem is that my shoulders wont stop growing. The OHP work is blowing them up for some reason.

The key for me is to think about the muscle and contract it. Never losing the connection between my mind and my muscle.
 
Super Buffet. It has a selection of choice foods. Rolled out racks of meat where YOU can slice off a piece :) Seafood for example King Crabs Legs, and all you can eat chinese food. Did I forget to mention the milkshakes? Fruit too.

That divide going up the middle of your back is impressive. I could fit my hand in there. Good work.
 
First thing noticed was your bulging rear delts! :)

apart from that you do look noticble bigger than the last pics you put up - especially from the back- lats have come up. But then again you didn't post a front pic last time :D
 
You're looking noticably bigger compared to the last set of pictures, without all that much fat gain, which you've got to love! Excellent work :)

I eat @ the buffet 2-3 times per week. The buffet is in long Island brother. I have actually gotten kicked out three times now. I know I will get kicked out again but its all for the iron. :)

I usually just try to stay in there as long as I can. Usually around the 1 and a half point they try to make me leave. Than I get dessert :)

When I eat at the local Chinese buffet. . .it usually takes a little over an hour to finish feeding. Everytime I visit, I become owned by 5 full plates of Chinese food. I have to waddle out of the place. . there is so much god damned food you can eat as much as you want without getting thrown out! I love it. . in fact, I will be eating there tomorrow.

I think he meant to say that you can develop huge rear delts without any kind of direct work.

Since I have started with all barbell movements my entire body is growing. The amount of food is helping as well.

I am definitely training for strength :) I got the BLuegrass Event coming up.
 
You have a giant frame. . .at your height, you probably required 7 to 9 meals a day.

The waist looks nice and tapered. .much smaller than mine at the moment lol.
