First of all, (and i can only speak for myself) there was NEVER growth. Growth in my book means permanent growth. More muscle? it is more muscle irritation like shooting Winny in the arms. Most of this is also temporarely. There is NO strenght increase.
I will say it here again. When shooting 2 cc's at once every day for 3 months and only in the arms, size went down. Strenght also went down. Even taken Ox for 6 weeks did not make me recover. Every other bodypart was getting stronger. The arms hopefully in the near futur.
So what does this all mean?
If you are lucky you can gain on it. BUT in my opinion only in your first try. Once the body gets used to it, no point in going further.
What it did get me, arms are lean as hell and stay like that. But some gain on it. It all depends on the person.
