Has anyone had any experience running one of these? For the last year or so I've been doing PT for several clients at their home gyms or apt/condo gyms.
I'm looking into the feasability of increased profits from leasing a space and conducting training from a centralized location.
Other than the cost of keeping the lights on and getting good equipment, I think a challenge will be getting clients to my gym.
I've read what some on this board have said about getting a contract with a hospital. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
