I have an Interview this weekend for a personal trainer sale manager job. I'm really not sure what exactly they do and what their responsibilites are. What kind of money do they make? Can anyone school me on the job. Thank you.

Probably word of mouth or the gym is desperate for new blood 
you have consults with new members - give them a fitness evaluation, sell them personal training packages and get a percentage of the EFT payments that go back to the gym. you might have a small fixed salary $150 a week and a small draw. Have to be a closer with this one.

If is was a word of mouth referral as Academy780 said, you could try anonymously calling the gym or other gyms in their franchise to find out more about it.
What Rachel says sounds about right in terms of your responsibilities, salary would vary from club to club and like most fitness center jobs there would be a bonus or commision structure, though I hope it's more than a $150/week base!!

The old days may be gone, when you could make six figures working for 24 hour fitness. Now it's really tough to make a good living selling memberships and managing a club.
