personal trainer?+1-ad,etc..

notno

Hey whats some good legal alternatives since I might be a little too young for roids.I hear alot about 1-ad and stuff on here.Could some of you folks give me some recommendations on good products+cycles for this type of stuff, and what I can expect from it?I new to lifting.I also lift at home.Should I hire a personal trainer, because I tend to cheat when near exhaustion, not meaning to-because its only cheating myself, and thats wrong on all levels. Also I have my doubts on my form. Are they really fucking expensive,do they come to your place or you gotta go to a gym? Thanks

well, if you're to young for AAS your to young for prohormones as well.....as far as hiring a personal trainer that's a decision you'll have to make.....they can be quite expensive but quite beneficial if you don't have a clue as to what you're doing.....

Well to start there just is no such thing as an alternative to aas. If your are not going to do it just get educated and clean up your diet and routine. Ive been a trainer for about two and a half years trying to stay 100% clean (even staying away from sups like creatine). Now Ive gotten wise to reality and accepted the truth about effects (not the horror stories they teach you in school) and decided to learn about them and reap the benifits. As for if you should get a trainer awnser is Yes. I dont care who you are or what you THINK you know everyone can benifit from one. Every other trainer that I have ever met at work, in school, or other wise has a trainer. Even many pros (IFBB) have trainers. I know they are expensive and Im not saying you get one for every workout just get one to get a little education and good habits, then have him kick your ass 3 or 4 times a month.
