Perscription question about test

If you have a script for 200mg of test e3w 5mL vial with 5 refills before 6/10 how often can you refill it and them not give you shit about it. 5mL should last 15 weeks and that would take it to mid april so technically it would only need refilled once before a new script is written. If anybody has any input on getting all 5 before july then please comment.

First of all I'm surprised you can refill it. IN most states T needs a compounded scrip and no refills are given. One trick is to simply go the doctor a little early. Over the course of the year you get some extra. As for refilling, they'll have a set time but give you a few days leeway. Try it a week sooner than when it's up. Of course, you can always say you broke the bottle and need to refill but I wouldn;t try that twice in a row.

That's funny, I go to the endo once a year and get a script for the entire year.

You can get one prescription filled early by claiming you're going on vacation. Before I left the country for Germany they filled a Lunesta prescription for me about two weeks early.

My doc at Mayo just sends me a script with refills every few months or when I call for one. I don't live in Minnesota so I have to fill them at an out of state pharmacy - no big deal. This includes my HCG scripts.

Also, unsure why there would be a need for a compounded script since companies like Watson and Lilly make Test C and E as part of their standard catalog.

Yeah, the Uro gave me no problems when writing it. He said he is going to give me 5 refills because thats all the laws allow him to give. I just dont understand why he would write 5 when he prob knows it will expire before i need all 5.

Well, I get my script for 6 months and then see the Doc again for lab work, then repeats again. I have a good relationship with my Doc and that seems to help me. I remember when I walgreens did not let me take home my 6 month suppl all at once, so I called the Doc and she called those bastards to release all of them at my discretion per Doc request. I also agree strongly with bblazer's comments on Watson and Lilly as being the standard across the nation. I use Watson and thats some good oil!!

My doctor is pretty open to me asking for upping the dose. I now take 600mg/week, and due to my legit hormone problem, that amount causes my levels to stay in the higer end of normal. I doubt he'd allow it if my bloodwork didn't support it, or if I had any side effects. (Never had any acne, aggression, or any other bad effects).

I just call in and say I'm low, and the secretary asks how many vials I want to buy. I never pushed it to the limit, but I have bought 4 vials (10 ml @ 200 mg/ml) at a time with no question. It's their own in-house compounding pharmacy. One thing I did say once (the truth in fact), is that I left a couple of vials at our other house in Dallas, as I didn't want to hassle with the airport since we drove there and flew back that time.

I have done this before. It really comes down to your relationship with your doctor. All I hve to do is ask mine. Pretty much anything reasonable is not an issue.

Had refills transfered over from one pharmacy to another. I dont know if they knew when I filled the first one. I told them my first leaked while flying and asked to pickup one the refills. Got it immedietly and this was less than a week after I picked up the first one. No problems at all.
