Do you like your day job? Cause you could make a nice living fixin' and flippin' old houses.

I like to work alone and at a slower pace than many professionals do, therefore I don't know about doing it as a full or part-time thing.

I will, however, start doing projects at random for people for extra cash. I'm slowly but surely building up a nice collection of tools. I love tools.

Then your box wouldn't be complete without a Lestat Action Figure...I hear they are giving them away in Happy Meals.

Did you say you used sand in between the pavers/stone as opposed to some sort of grout?

Does it last or does it weather away easily?

I took a gable and simply placed sand in the joints as pictured in my pics above. I'm hoping that stays and doesn't wash away.

Sand is round all will wash. Go to your local block or paver distributor and look into getting polymeric sand. It hardens and acts like expansion joint and grout. That is what I use on pavers. If you guys need any pointers on pavers or retaining walls pm me. This is what I do for a living. You should check out my website. strait-lineconstruction.com

I'm still LOLLLOLOOLLing at your neighbors crack shak.....

argh. I have no neighbors.

Those are old sheds. I have already received a quote for tearing them down.

They are indeed an eyesore.

Sweet! Nice job man. Does init feel great when you do something like that, you feel like you are the man. Taking something that was nasty and tranforming it into something nice, that you did yourself.
I redid my lawn 2 years ago, it was all weeds, very little grass. After I finished it, and all the new seeds germinated the lawn looks unbelieveable. Everyone compliments me on it, and im like....yeah thats right bitches kkeep sweetin my lawn!
