Exactly why are you using oxycodone? Are you using it an attempt to "train through" an injury? If so this is very foolish and potentially dangerous as well.
there should not be any bad affects. I have had 3 operations on my left knee and usually experience some swelling and pain after heavy squats and other leg exercises and use percs when it is bad, or when it is bothering me.
used plenty of times through the years with no problems,sometimes at night my lower back hurts so freaking much,shoulders from time to time and i have been training almost 30 years and without some perks at night i would not be able to sleep.
If you don't mind, exactly what kind of problem is this? I'm just curious if your orthpaedist has cleared you for training. Although normally these docs are very conservative on when one can resume training, when a cervical vertebrae is in question, I would be extremely cautious.
Moderation is key. Just don't make anything habitual and use it only if you actually feel the pain. Don't use it just as a post workout routine. Also, don't try nubain. Shit is addicting...
