Percent Training question

Aight now I know training with over 90% of your 1rm for 4-6 weeks results in a drastic decrease in coordination, but does this apply to maxing out? Like if I max every week to check my progress and get the weights to base my percents on. Ya know what counts as training, can lifting over 90% one time have the same drastic effect of loss of coordination? Well thanks ahead of time.
