I eat the same thing every morning bro cup of oats with scoop of protein and 8oz egg whites cooked into a pancake it's bomb! If I was bulking I'd eat those pancakes maybe twice a week but I'm a fan now of keeping my diet real clean just upping clean carbs. No need to get sloppy. I keep everything simple bro for carbs, oatmeal, white rice, and the occasional pasta. That's it lol.
