the gear you run does not determine your goals to weight gain or lean or bulk dieting !! your diet does. so figure out what you want to do either bulk, diet down, or lean bulk then design a cycle to your likings. yes some hold water others don't, this does not mean some steroids are for bulking some are for cutting, they simply HELP
 
What would you think would be best for a 135#er for max strenght fast? Ive been poudin iron for around 2 years real serious the last half diet is on pretty strong for size hut ready for more. Can you help?
 
First I would make sure your training is geared in the right direction. Once you get that part down figure out your bmr with activity factor then add 1000 calories to that to be in a surplus. Once you have all bases covered then think about running gear. If I could do it over again I would have maxed my body out naturally first then hit the sauce. Great choices for strength are of course test mote then 500mg a week. Either tren E or deca both at min. 400mg a week with some anadrol

Pinning is easy, getting gear is easy, if that was all there was to it, everyone would be jacked. The hardest part for me is being full after breakfast, and pounding, forcing, choking the food down to make those cals. That chicken breast got old like two weeks in, that was 15 years ago, still eating it to this day
 
Fine if you can pack em in. I got a coffee grinder, grind up oatmeal and throw that in a shake. You can only eat so much, them shakes help get it in ya. Egg white cartons too, straight out the carton, cuz cooked egg whites kinda suck
