I am astounded that anyone here would even defend the pathetic attempt at the analogy that was made.

I could care less whether people choose to take roids or not, that's not the point. The analogy that was made is just plain stupid and there is not even the slightest possible association that could be made between the decision to take steroids and driving a car. The huy needs to grow up

I respect everyone's opinions and will agree to disagree usually. But, you completely disqualify anything you say when you talk like that bro. When I started lifting and weighed 140lbs at 6'1", I thought juicers sucked. I just couldn't understand the logic of the knuckledragging, zit covered, meat-heads. Ten years and 100 pounds later after bashing my head into a genetic wall for a while, I started gear. I spent two years researching them intensively before I began. A few small cycles allowed me to overcome limitations I would not have been able to with my genetics. Also, I fought a lot, so I was doing cardio everyday. There's no way humanly possible to do 1-3 hours of cardio a day and expect to grow at the same time.

Without gear, it would not have been possible for me to pursue my two passions in life(bodybuilding and fighting) simultaneously with any considerable progress. When I could step in the ring at a comparable size to the monster facing me, I had a reason to be confident. Now that I am successful in both areas of my life, I am proud of myself and my accomplishments. Therefore I am happy. I believe thats a pretty sound justification for using juice.

I agree that the analogy was a bit weak...but using names like stupid and moron is not called for at all. I know that I say some things on here that I shouldn't from time to time...but name calling does not make me any better.

The analogy was weak, but I do agree with his point. For most sports...AAS have became the "car" so to the ragular public. They basically have to have it to perform..their job, career, family all depend on how they perform.

Ok, name calling aside, i really have no problem with steroid users. They have chosen their path, i have chosen mine, no problem. There are people here who need to think more before posting, i'm probably one of them as well. I just went off at what i thought was an attempt to justify his own actions by offending others when using that analogy.

what a terrible analogy. looks like the roids have gotten to your dome my friend. driving cars are necessary for basic living. how can i get to work 35 miles away by walking? just like flying in an airplane, you are taking a small risk because if you didn't, you would not be able to do the thing at all.

Don't be such a wimp sure you could walk to work but you just take the easy way out and drive a car. If you work to far from your job move just don't take the easy way and cheat by driving. Show that you are a real man and don't need no wimpy ass modern day technology to get your lazy butt to work.

roids on the other hand are totally different. can a natural lifter bench 500 pounds? sure. can they look huge to a point of disgust by an everyday non-lifter? of course. you are taking them because you need to cheat to attain your goals. much like cheating on tests in college or at any level, it is for the lazy and those who don't have the mind/willpower to do it on their own.

Are you talking about the same weak mindset you have about having to drive a dangerous car to work? Sure maybe you could get to 500 lbs naturally but you could also walk to work. The difference is the time.

and not to mention, the chances of getting fucked up when driving a car are so much smaller than roids its a joke.

Do you want to have a little fun? Tell you what please list all the deaths and maming that are associated with roid use then I will show you all the deaths and mamings associated with driving. Want to bet which one is going to be higher?

here's an analogy for you. chances of me getting fucked up in my car are like the size of your balls on gear (laughably small), and the chances of you getting fucked up from roids is like the size of my natural boys (so large it's dangerous).

Smoking large amounts will hurt you. Drinking in large amounts will hurt you. Taking roids in large amounts WILL HURT YOU. I think it is ignorant to say that roids are not going to hurt your body.....

Not stopping at stop sign could kill you, speeding could kill you not seeing another car run a light could kill you. I never said I over do roids I am very careful how I use them the same way you are very careful when you drive.
