Peeps who've used Retin-A.

although i've never been on accutane, i think it's probably the best route.... OTC stuff doesn't work, antibiotics are pointless, topicals are a bitch to deal with and it seems like results are almost guarnteed with accutane. Only problem is you have to wait like a month to get into a derm then the goddamn fucking asshole might not even give it to you.

i was on retin A when I was a teen... same thing, worked really well for a month then became sorta useless

the only thing that worked well for me was Accutane. If you're on retin a you're clearly already seeing a dermatologist, so just talk to him/her about accutane. Be warned though, you're not supposed to drink or do any cycles while on it... but truth be told, I was on a sust cycle while i was on accutane and when she did the cholosterol tests, mine was the lowest she'd ever seen... and i was drinking a little too...

IF guys need accutane pm me ...i can help lead u in the right direction *doing this since alot of derms wont prescribe it*

If you have mild-moderate acne, ask your derm about something called Tazorac. My derm told me it's effective 99.9% of the time, and that it's the most powerful topical drug out there.

This might sound really cliche, but I've had acne for about...let' see, 4 years. I've tried so much shit both from the derm and OTC. He told me to get on this, but that it would take 1-2 months to see full results. The first time, it dried my face out like fuck so I gave up after 2 weeks. I went back to him in a few months hoping he'd prescribe me accutane, he just said "no, stay on the Tazorac." So I've been on it for about 3 weeks and my face has never looked better. It's almost clear, for the first time in about 4 years. Miracle shit, man.
