this is actually pretty common. a small amount of pee sits in the widest part of your urethra which is near the base of your penis. After you have finished, given it a good shake, slap the sides of the urinal to impress the guy next to you, squeeze the base of the underside of the penis just where it joins the abdomen. This will force out that last drop. Also, if there is anything pressing up against the base of ur penis while your peeing, it will make it even more difficult for this last amount of pee to get out. (I cant just pull my dick out of the top of my scrubs and pee, i gotta un do the tie or theres too much pressure and I'll piss all over the front of my scrubs when i put the monster back in its cage).
