Pec injections with Fina.....safe to do?

I HIGHLY doubt that pec tears would be more of a worry if your were pec injecting. Doesn't really make much sense so I wouldn't keep that in mind or worry about that. Pec injections are great, take it from me. It's also th most painless injection spot i've ever had.
