Pec Implants....?

Not sure if this is posted in the right place, but here is my question.
Have any of you men gotten Pectorial Implants. If so, were you pleased with the results, and do they look real? I had surgery on my lungs, and now it's very difficult getting my pecs to develope. I have been thinking about getting them. Any advise?.......

Did you read my reason for asking my question? My pectorial muscle has been somewhat destroyed with my surgery. You know like when I person has open heart surgery. Tissue, muscle, and bone has all been split open. Thus making it difficult to develop.
There for I do not think it was a bad idea on my part. ....

I would do your research on plastic surgery sites, look for a plastic sugery forum , you can find answers there..the retards on here are not going to be of any help.
