peanut butter

ok here's the deal...i am obsessed with peanut butter and i eat it as a snack throughout the day. (natty pb) i know it has healthy fats in it but could i be overdoing it on the fat and screw up my goal of losing body fat even though i am staying within my amount of cals for the day? thanks in advance :insane:

Peanut butter is VERY dangerous because its so tasty and calorie dense. 1 tablespoon has 100 calories, and if you are like me, you can probably go through a whole jar easily. Thats thousands of calories.

However, if you have the willpower to control how much you eat, its a great souce of healthy fats.

Peanut butter is great. If I had to choose one food to live off of, it would be p.b. I eat it all year, whether cutting or bulking. When cutting, I mix it in my protein drinks and maybe a spoonful or so before bed. When bulking, I go through at least 3 jars a week eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or just p.b.&j out of a bowl.

Well, to get to the point of the question, you should watch and not over do it. For me it's really easy to eat alot more of it than I should.
