I can't live w/out them. Preworkout - post workout, post dinner - breakfast this AM....

I can never really do a proper cut b/c I eat too much PB&J... middle of the night, etc...ANPB, Organic Grape Jelly, Whole WHeat bread...but still

And this Oly training is making me eat like it my last week on earth - not crap, but loads of food...and of course lots of PB&J's...

And I love cereal.


I am considering starting a PB&J log - how many per day, etc. Thoguhts?
 
When I first started losing weight that was the hardest thing to cut out. I'm pretty positive 80% of my nutrients came from PB&J for a year or so.
 
Nothing is better than cereal. All those flavors and colors and textures. You can have chocolate chip cookie cereal. Peanut Butter cereal. Cinnamon cereal. Oats & honey cereal. Fruit flavored cereal. Blueberry cereal shaped like ghosts. Cereal w/ marshmallows.

I have a hard time not eating half a box w/ half a gallon of milk every time I sit down to eat cereal.
 
PB&J is like a comfort food, plus its so dang easy to make....Would be kind of funny to see someone do a PB&J log.

I like to toast the bread and then do the PB & Jelly bit. Or PB & bananas and a bit of honey on toasted bread. Or, better still, a nice fat bowl of Frankenberry floating in ice cold milk baby!

marshmallows in cereal are largely dextrose, which is a good carb post-workout. And we all know the benefits of milk postworkout. so I challenge any diet douchebag to decosntruct my perfect postworkout regimen: Frankenberry & milk.
 
I have been looking for frankenberry for years and can only found count chocula... is that stuff still on the market, if so where??????

It's clearly all dependent upon the prize inside. if it some collect upc's and mail in type b.s., which we all know will never happen, that is by definition not perfect.
 
Frankenberry and BooBerry are most easily found near Halloween. They are, thankfully, available every month in my hometown at Wal-Mart.

I'm going to wal-mart. They had a decent 40 inch lcd for like 800 that was calling my name last time I went. buy me.... buy me.... buy me... throw in a box of frankenberry, and it's a day worth calling great.

I like Captain Crunch. But not the regular captain crunch but the captain crunch with crunch berries. Perfect combinations and I like to use carb countdown milk so I am can have a lot more bowls and keep my overall carbs lower. :)

lol, as long as he keeps his dumb posts in C&C and his dangerously uninformed ones in the AAS forum, argue with him about them there.

On second thought, maybe we need more e-drama here, since mod numbers seem to be strongly correlated with drama quantity. :rolleyes:

So got home from work last night late - ate dinner, showered, and went tot he kitchen for a PB&J or some cereal - couldn;t decide...

Lack of milk decided for me - cereal it was. Barbie Fairytopia...no joke. Big up to my daughters for tricking Mom into buying it, and for sharing w/ Dad.
 
I wonder if Al wears his singlet to the supermarket when he purchases the Barbie cereal.

I'm not allowed to wear a singlet in public since I stopped shaving myself, the androgens have turned me into Clyde's body double.. my rabbit likes it, he hops on daddys hairy back and grooms me for hours.

Al, when you say peanut butter lets be precise here, how many grams, did you strain off the oil, did you measure out the jam and weigh the bread? Was it whole grain ezkeel bread? Were bananas involved, and if so did you weigh them and consult fitday to see the calorific total?

he grinds his own peanut butter so he can count how many peanuts (20.125) he uses... that's how they're all doing it nowadays.
 
Huge coincidence for this thread I was just thinking the other day how many PB&J's I've ate the past month. Wheat bread-Jif-smuckers strawberry preserves...mmm
 
When my metabolism could handle it, I'd open a can of biscuits, bake 'em in the oven, and eat all of them w/ butter and strawberry jelly. Washed down w/ lots of Coors light.

When I'm rushed in the A.M. I eat several spoonfuls of PB and honey with a spoon and chase it with a protein shake.

When I don't care about life I eat vanilla ice cream topped with peanut butter.
 
this thread has best of EF splooged all over it. as a non-plat piece of garbage, i feel honoured to even have access.

There's a county fair back home in PA where they serve fried oreos, and fried twinkies, and fried snickers bars.....I usually have 2 or 3 beef brisket sandwiches, some potato pancakes, and a bunch of fried oreos, then hit the 'guess your weight' booth for some fun.

PB and J and milk are Mother Nature's practical joke on the supplement industry, some of the most anabolic stuff you can eat.

So the PB doesn't stick to the roof of your mouth, lol....plus it is extra cals, and I can't get fat anyway, so might as well make it taste good.
