PCT when coming off 6+ months HRT

To make a long story short, I was put on HRT to treat low free testosterone (causing low libido, ED, and brain fog) for 8 weeks by doctors who had no idea what they were doing. The injections were 100mg/week of cypionate. I had to convince them to do 100mg/week instead of 50mg every second week by showing them SWALE's protocol for HRT. I felt pretty good, but my libido didn't really return, and I still needed cialis. At the 8th week, the doctors said "we don't know what we are doing, and we don't want to harm you, so we wont give you any more injections." So they stopped me cold turkey and told me to wait 3 months for an endo appt. I wait the 3 months, and the endo tells me "wait another three months and come back to me for bloodwork." He also told me that if I received treatment from him he would never give me HCG, because he didn't believe in it (whatever that means.)

At this point I've visited about 10 doctors in total, and essentially given up on them. I begin HRT treatment by myself, with doses ranging from 100mg-200mg/week. Averaged 150mg/week. I felt pretty good. libido only went up ~10-15% though, and I still had ED problems.

I now have clomid, nolva and arimidex. My testicles haven't quite reached the "raisin" state, but are quite small now. I want to come off of HRT and see if I can jumpstart my HPTA (and recover my libido.)
What kind of PCT should I follow to come off what is essentially a 6 or 7 month low dose cycle?

I was planning on 0.25mg arimidex EOD + 100mg clomid ED + 20mg nolva ED for 30 days, and then 20mg nolva ED + 0.5mg arimidex/week for 2 weeks.

Gasm, sorry to hear that. I did something similar but this guy was on top of things, I started with 250mg of sust per week, libido increased about the same 15% I called him and he said, man you need to up that dosage. We went up to 500mg per week and let me tell you it made a world of difference (after a while, the wife told me to slow it down a bit). Now we are getting ready for PCT with hcg and clomid.
