some so called "experts" post bad info on these boards and the crap gets propagated by the followers and wannabes on here. as stated above, knowledge evolves from experience. there is no set PCT that works for everyone. some can recover with minimal stimulation. others require much more. it is better to err on the side of caution and run the longer PCT regimens as the side effects are minimal compared to the effects of being shut down. in a perfect world you would monitor your E2 level TIW and titrate it to keep your E2 levels in the low normal range. but this isnt always feasible. Adex is great to use during PCT as it continues to prevent aromatization of the left over test and the natural test levels later in PCT. it is wise to taper your adex levels over a couple of weeks when coming off PCT. maybe ending your SERMs and then continuing the adex a week or so longer on a taper. you just have to play around with what works for you and stick with it. good luck with your recovery.
