what dosage of nolva do i need after 8 weeks of sust at 500mg/wk??

I hope that's not your only means of PCT? If you're using HCG, then you might want to add 20gs of nolva/day to combat any gyno that might come with the HCG. But in your case, something like Clomid would prob be enough pct for a short sust cycle.

israel is a small place and tamoxifen (nolva) is basically what they can get here.. the truth is we are years behind when it comes to steroids and especially when it comes to pct.. most guys don't do pct.. and omg you should see some cycles guys are doing here- 5 weeks of anadrol by itself for a first cycle with no pct..
anyways nolva is what i got so i need a good dosage for the 8 week sust cycle.. thanks again..

You can try 20mgs/day for 15-20............but Nolva isn't going to bounce your nuts back. It's basically for Gyno, and in fact, Nolva can have adverse effects on Libido. So if that's all you have, don't use anything. You boys over there are gonna learn the hard way how important proper PCT is. if you don't have those drugs at your disposal(which I find hard to beleive) then you shouldn't even be fucking around with roids. Just my 2 cents.

i guess we will learn the hard way.. but untill then we gotta make with what we have.. btw my nuts didn't shrink at all.. and i see on elite guys that take nolva only for pct..
so if my nuts didn't shrink would i be fine with the nolva??

I have never done novadex for PCT, I take it now, during my cycle.
I recommend HCG, 1500iu, twice a week for 4 weeks. Never has let me down.
Because it works well and does not have sides of Clomid.

You don’t want to lose all of your muscle or strength,
Thats why a PCT of HGC is effective.
Most guys will go time off time on, than have all gear, pct, diet, syringes, needles, swaps, ahead of time. And hit it again.
