PCT not going so well...what should I change?

Hi All:

I had been on a mixture of Test Cyp and HCG at HRT doses for about 18 months. I was not getting much benefit from it (lots of sides tho), so I decided to come off.

Started Nolvadex 40mg ED and got a blood test 4 days later. Reference ranges are in parenthesis:

Total T: 56 L (241-827)
Free T: Pending
Estradiol (E2): 10 L (13-54)
LH: 0.8 L (1.5-9.3)

I was shocked to see these numbers because I feel pretty good! Is 4 days too soon after starting Nolva to get accurate labwork? Everything is off the scale low.

I get my blood tested every 2 weeks, so I can wait until next time to see if I get similar readings, but I'm tempted to intervene if I should.

How I feel doesn't seem to match the lab numbers, but I wanna be sure that I get my system back online properly! I have access to more Nolva and some Clomid, too.

BTW-Here are my results from my previous lab work while still on HRT. I felt like shit during this time, but the numbers are ok.

Total T: 556 (241-827)
Free T: 12.3 (8.8-27.0)
Estradiol E2: 48 (13-54)
LH: <0.2 L (1.5-9.3)

LH was pretty much zero due to exogenous Test.
