I am looking at adding in a few things into PCT, just would like to get your opinions and experiences if you have used any of these things in your PCT. And then these same things compounds extended a bit into a bridge.

IGF-1 LR3: 50 mcg intramuscular 3x per week, 4-6 weeks
HGH: 10 iu instramuscluar 3x per week, 6-8 weeks
Proviron: 25 mg ED, 4 weeks

Don't Flame too Hard:
Humulin R: up to 10 iu post workout. 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Looking to gain as much mass as possible on cycle, then trying to keep it when off.
 
None of that would help with recovery so it isn't really PCT. However, a lot of pros use those compounds in between cycles to maintain gains while their receptors recharge. The thing is, IGF and Humulin and even HGH has serious health risks, so unless you're planning on making a lot of money with your physique I would advise against it. But it's your call.
 
you're right.. it is not really PCT. It is more toward trying to hold on to gains than recovering.

As far as the health risks, I am aware of them and the consequences. I have my goals and dreams that do include competing and making money in the sport of bodybuilding. But regardless if that becomes a reality or not.. I want to become as big and as aesthetic as possible.
 
there's always a lot of debate with proviron usage in pct and as a bridge... I don't have a big problem with it but as you already know, none of this has any benefit towards recovery but that does not mean it won't be effective... I am just not big on gh or igf but some love them... If it works for you and you use it responsibly then its all good but if your gh is high quality, 10 ius is in the danger zone on what you could be doing to yourself... I just want you to be aware of that...

I know that what you are asking is what would be nice to add to a PCT but I'm going to be obstinated and say that for keeping muscle gains nothing is superior that a HCG/Clomid/Tamoxifen combo.
 
yeah.. I've read it all when it comes to proviron. There is no clear answer. I figure if I keep the dose low then there won't be much to worry about. If it is causes a tad bit of suppression then o well I guess. Live and Learn.

Never used IGF or HGH before, just looking to get every edge I can to keep and continue making gains and still be able to come off. Don't think I am quite ready for TRT. Don't know the quality of HGH would be yet, a lot of variables in that. I would hope to get pharma grade but the world isn't always perfect. Would just be running it for a short period at high doses, instead of low dose for a long period. Still got a bit of research to do on that subject before I take that plunge. I do think that IGF and SARMS would go awesome together.. especially in a bridge. Maybe some GHRP instead of the HGH, I don't know. A lot is still up in air. Just looking for people that have experience with what my gameplan is.

The slin on the other hand, I figure if I am going to continue bulking, even when cycle and pct are done.. that that is about the best addition there is. Nothing to crazy though.
 
while I agree that HCG and a SERM is are key parts of a PCT protocol.. I do not agree with the use of 2 SERMS in PCT. The last, and only time I ran 2 SERMS together, I actually started to grow tiny little vaginas all over my body. Some believe that if I would have continued for an extended period of time.. I would have turned into one big pussy.

Actually none of those things will do anything to retain muscle to any degree whatsoever.
