So this is my cycle.

Tren acetate 1-6 weeks 75 mg Ed
Equipoise 600 mg week 1-12
T-400 week 1-8 1200 mg
Test prop Week 8-12 100 ed
Anavar week 1-6 40 mg Ed


I'm on week 8 now
That is
Equipoise 600 mg
Test prop 100 ed

I'm planning to start proviron on 25 mg Ed for 3 weeks 8-11 for ripped look.

I feel my testicles have shirinking in size

I have hcg with me and nolvadex for pct

Can you please help me figure my pct. I'm lost here how to start and finish my pct.

Start your hcg now. 250iu E3D. Through week 19 of PCT.

You should keep the test prop on for 2 weeks after the last inject of eq. Long vs short half life.

for PCT - nolva at 40/40/30/20/10. ED.
start week 15.

9 eq, test, hcg
10 eq, test, hcg
11 eq, test, hcg
12 eq, test, hcg
13 test, hcg
14 test, hcg
15 nolva 40, hcg
16 nolva 40, hcg
17 nolva 30, hcg
18 nolva 20, hcg
19 nolva 10, hcg


in the future, you should have your PCT ready before. It is the most important part of your cycle. Nolva is getting out dated IMO.

From week 15 hcg do I still keep it at 250 iu or bump it up

Im starting proviron today as well for 24 everyday for 4 weeks ? Good idea lot of water in body.
Want to loom shredded.

250iu will be good.

25mg ed sounds good. 3 or 4 weeks? Doesnt matter.
Lots of water? have you been doing any estro control?

Just a side note: anavar at the end of a cycle would probably be more beneficial.

I was on anavar from week 1- 6 should I start again
I have a lot of water retention not much just on the third pack of my abdomen and on my face it's visible.
