PCT help

Start my PCT tommorow, the PCT section of the forum wasn't much help so all I need is some quick help.

Just finished a cycle of

30mg of dbol 1-6
500mg of sust 1-8
300mg of deca 1-8


I have clomid on hand, 50mg of 50 tabs.

So what should be my daily mg usage, and for how long?

That plan will work fine.

In my experience, I've had the best luck using clomid and nolvadex combined; 20mg/day nolvadex with 50mg/day of clomid.

Even better, use 1500IU of HCG 3X/week for 3 weeks then start the 3 weeks of clomid/nolvadex. With this regimine I recover almost without skipping a beat.

Starting clomid at 3 weeks after last shot. first day then 100mg next 10 and 50mg for the last 10 days. I have Nolva on hand just in case.

I have nolvadex on hand as well. So should I combine the two? If so, at what dosage for the two?

I took my last shot last week on wednesday, so as of tommorow I'm done. Should I start my PCT tommorow?

I would wait 2 more weeks, I use the 3 week rule after last shot. You can take 20mg a day of nolva. Or hold off and see if you need it. I would agree with nydj66 for the cycle you are on.

The Nolva will work better for your recovery than the Clomid - and THe 2 together are even better.

I would run 20mg of Nolva for 5 weeks - Starting the week after you last injection. I would run Clomid at 50mg ED for 3 weeks starting at the same time. The Nolva will run 2 weeks past the Clomid.

That will do the trick.

Wait until exacatly three weeks from your last shot cause the ester in the test will still bein your system and take clomid 150 mg for a week 100 for a week and end up 50mg for a week and just keep noliva on hand for just in case!!

This is not the best advise considering the current knowledge of PCT.

Bro, do some reading on the PCT forum... Or read the thread that was linked to above... But Nolva has been shown to be better than clomid. When used together they show even better results..

Since tommorow is the week after the last shot, 20mg/nolva & 50mg ED of both, nolva lasting for 5 weeks, and clomid only for 3 weeks.

Yes, That will do the trick. Last time around I doubled the dosage on day 1. I don't have any back up info showing if this is helpful or not, but it was only one more tab of each.

with what you got. i'd do 100 ed the first week, then 50 ed the rest. for the cycle you did it wouldn't hurt to have atleast 2 5000i.u. hcg.

I only use HCG for cycles over 10 weeks... Just my .02
